Description

The 4U residential complex project involves the construction of two 27-story residential buildings, with two sections in each. The first thing that catches the eye is the modern exterior: designer architecture, combined colors and facade materials, panoramic glazing, and multi-level forms. Within the complex, there are also plans to build a two-story building with commercial and office premises, which will add comfort and convenience to future residents, as cafes, shops, pharmacies, beauty salons, or other useful establishments will open here.

The complex's security system includes round-the-clock security and video surveillance. The residential complex will also have a concierge service - you can entrust household tasks to the administrator at any time, such as cleaning the apartment or walking your pet, and they will help you.

Thanks to the "car-free courtyard" concept, the inner courtyard space will be completely pedestrianized. Here, modern children's playgrounds with interactive elements, sports areas with exercise equipment and a football field, places for pet walking, and pedestrian alleys are planned to be installed.
