LCD Residential complex Academ Park In Kiiv

"Akadem Park" is a project to create affordable housing in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv. Urban space architects organically integrated the complex into the landscape of a quiet and green area. Two buildings with 17 sections will create a closed courtyard space with recreation areas, children's and sports playgrounds.

Infrastructure

The residential complex will be integrated into the commercial and social infrastructure. Within walking distance are grocery stores, supermarkets, and the Sviatoshynskyi market. For young families with children, there is an educational complex and a choice of four kindergartens. Older children can continue their education in one of the three schools or gymnasiums. Within a 7-minute walk are a children's hospital and a clinic of the National Academy of Sciences. A 10-minute drive away are the emergency station, children's clinic, and primary medical care center.

Powerlifting or pilates - everyone chooses individually: next to the complex are three sports clubs, a fitness studio, and a sports complex. A ten-minute walk and you are at the training session.

On the ground floors, there are retail premises with a separate entrance. For residents of the complex, cafes, shops, a bank office, a pharmacy, or a sports club will open.
