LCD Residential complex Academ Park In Kiiv

"Akadem Park" is a project to create affordable housing in the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv. Urban space architects have organically integrated the complex into the landscape of a quiet and green area. Two buildings with 17 sections will create a closed courtyard space with recreation areas, children's and sports playgrounds.

Infrastructure

The residential complex will be integrated into the commercial and social infrastructure. Within walking distance are grocery stores, supermarkets, and the Svyatoshynsky market. For young families with children, there is an educational complex and a choice of four kindergartens. Older children can continue their education in one of three schools or gymnasiums. Within a 7-minute walk are a children's hospital and the clinic of the National Academy of Sciences. Within a 10-minute drive are the emergency station, children's clinic, and primary medical care center.

Powerlifting or pilates - everyone chooses individually: next to the complex are three sports clubs, a fitness studio, and a sports complex. A ten-minute walk and you are at your workout.

On the ground floors, there are retail spaces with a separate entrance. For residents of the complex, cafes, shops, a bank office, a pharmacy, or a sports club will be opened.
