LCD Chalet Residential Complex In Kiiv

The residential complex Chalet is an alpine chalet with interiors designed by the famous Ukrainian fashion designer Andrey Tan among oaks and pines in the recreational area "Svyatoshin". The architecture of the new building is designed to harmoniously blend into both the natural environment and the infrastructure of the metropolis: sections of different heights, tall windows for better insolation, facade decoration, and decorative elements made of natural materials - wood, stone, glass, and metal.

As part of the Chalet project, the "Lviv Artists" square is being restored right next to the building: the ecosystem of the green area will be restored by planting new trees and shrubs, as well as installing playgrounds, sports grounds, and recreational areas practically without interfering with the natural landscape. To ensure that cars do not interfere with pedestrians, the developer has provided an underground parking lot for 95 cars, and bike owners will be able to leave their transportation at special parking lots. To ensure the comfort and safety of future residents, the complex will install video surveillance cameras and implement a comprehensive building security system.

Infrastructure

The residential complex Chalet is located at Lvivska Street, 18-b, between the metro stations "Svyatoshin" and "Zhytomyrska". You can reach the city center by car in 25 minutes along Peremohy Avenue. Nearby there is a public transport stop where more than 30 different buses, trolleybuses, and minibusses pass.

In addition to its own square, there are four more green areas for walks within a radius of 500 m. A 10-minute drive away is the cascade of Svyatoshyn lakes, where you can go fishing, swim in the warm season, or have a picnic with friends.

Next to the building, there is a specialized School No. 40 with an in-depth study of the German language, and a 17-minute walk will take you to the gymnasium "Academy" and Kyiv Gymnasium of Eastern Languages No. 1. For the youngest residents of the complex, there are open kindergartens nearby: Dream No. 736, Sun No. 601, No. 60, No. 214, and No. 472.
