LCD Chalet Residential Complex In Kiiv

Residential complex Chalet is an alpine chalet with interiors by the famous Ukrainian fashion designer Andrey Tan amidst oaks and pines of the recreational area "Svyatoshyn". The architecture of the new building is designed to harmoniously blend in both the natural environment and the infrastructure of the metropolis: sections of different heights, tall windows for better insolation, facade decoration and decorative elements made of natural materials - wood, stone, glass, and metal.

As part of the Chalet project, the Lviv Artists Square is being restored right next to the building: the ecosystem of the green area will be restored by planting new trees and bushes, as well as installing playgrounds, sports grounds, and recreation areas almost without affecting the natural landscape. In order to prevent cars from interfering with pedestrians, the developer has provided an underground parking lot for 95 parking spaces, and bike owners will be able to leave their vehicles at designated bike racks. To ensure the comfort and safety of future residents, the complex will install video surveillance cameras and implement a comprehensive building security system.

Infrastructure

Residential complex Chalet is located at Lvivska Street, 18-b, between the metro stations "Svyatoshyn" and "Zhytomyrska". You can reach the city center by car in 25 minutes via Peremohy Avenue. Nearby, there is a public transport stop where over 30 different buses, trolleybuses, and minibusses pass through.

In addition to its own square, there are four more green areas for walks within a radius of 500 meters. A cascade of Svyatoshyn lakes is a 10-minute drive away, where you can go fishing, swim in the warm season, or have a picnic with friends.

Next to the building, there is a specialized School No. 40 with an in-depth study of the German language, and you can walk to Gymnasium "Academy" and Kyiv Gymnasium of Eastern Languages No. 1 in 17 minutes.
