Desna Park Residence is a low-rise residential village surrounded by its own park and network of water canals, offering an alternative to "asphalt apartments." Inspired by the natural landscape of the area, the authors aimed to create an authentic village in European style that rivals real Alpine villages. The nine four-story buildings with mansards not only harmoniously blend into the surrounding landscapes, but also emphasize their beauty.

The development of the internal territory of the village includes recreational areas and sports facilities, walking alleys, safe playgrounds with diverse play equipment, and a specially equipped BBQ area for family gatherings. Residents can also enjoy a promenade for leisurely walks, bike paths, a ropes park, a swimming pool, fishing locations, and green tourism spots within the village. Adjacent to the complex is a 5-hectare park area, with the Desna River flowing nearby.

Infrastructure

Desna Park Residence residential complex is being constructed in the village of Zazymya, a 20-minute drive from Troyeshchyna and the nearest metro station "Lisova" on the T1008 highway. Public transport options include minibuses No. 321 and No. 328 running between Zazymya and Kyiv, with stops a 5-minute walk from the village.

The location of the complex allows residents to work in Kyiv and take advantage of its infrastructure.
