Desna Park Residence is a low-rise residential complex surrounded by its own park and a network of water channels, which will be an alternative to "asphalt apartments." Inspired by the natural landscape of the area, the authors created an authentic European-style village that rivals real Alpine villages. Nine four-story buildings with mansards not only harmoniously fit into the surrounding landscapes but also emphasize their beauty.

The internal territory of the village includes recreation and sports areas, walking alleys, safe children's playgrounds with various play equipment. You can relax with your family in a specially equipped BBQ area. The complex also plans to have a promenade for walking, bike paths, a rope park, a swimming pool, locations for fishing and green tourism. Next to the complex is a 5-hectare park zone, with the Desna River flowing nearby.

Infrastructure

Desna Park Residence residential complex is being built in the village of Zazymia, a 20-minute drive from Troyeshchyna and the nearest metro station "Lisova" on the T1008 highway. You can also reach the same point by public transport: minibuses No. 321 and No. 328 run between Zazymia and Kyiv, with stops a 5-minute walk from the village.

The location of the complex will allow residents to work in Kyiv and use its infrastructure. All necessary infrastructure facilities are within walking distance of the new building: a modern supermarket, pharmacy, veterinary clinic, branches of "Ukrposhta" and "Nova Poshta," cafes, restaurants, family medical clinic, shops.
