The main idea of Fjord is to move away from the usual multi-storey buildings and create a recognizable residential complex. The recognizability of the complex is provided by the cascading floors: the height difference from 4 to 30 allows for a variety of layouts, balconies, and window openings. Another bonus of the cascading floors is the open terraces with greenery and views of the Pechersk district.
