LCD Fjord In Kiiv

The main idea of Fjord is to move away from the usual multi-storey buildings and create a recognizable residential complex. The recognizability of the complex is provided by the cascade floors: the height difference of floors from 4 to 30 allows to diversify the types of layouts, balconies, and window openings. Another bonus of the cascade floors is open terraces with greenery and views of the Pechersk district.

The building is designed in such a way that all apartments will have good insolation due to the installation of panoramic windows.
