Description

The residential complex Forest Park in the Obolon district of Kyiv is an alternative to apartments "on asphalt," housing for those who prefer to live in nature and breathe fresh air. The low-rise residential quarter is located in the middle of a pine forest, 30 minutes by car from the city center and 13 minutes from Mezhyhirya. The project includes playgrounds for children, a mini-stadium, parking, a medical center, a pharmacy, a cafe, a bank branch, and a small business center.

Infrastructure

For the convenience of residents, a mini supermarket is provided on the territory of the residential quarter. You can also buy groceries 2 minutes away in the "Fora" supermarket, or 13 minutes by car to the grocery supermarkets "ATB," "Kosmos," or "EKO-market." The same amount of time will take to get to the largest shopping and entertainment center in the capital, Dream Town, where boutiques, cafes, and restaurants are open. Children at Dream Town can enjoy a roller rink, a skating rink, a zoo, attractions, and one of the largest indoor water parks in Europe - the Jurassic Period water park Dream Island.

A kindergarten will be built on the territory of Forest Park for the little ones. Nearby are other preschool institutions: you can drive to kindergartens No. 607 and No. 804 by car in 12 minutes, and to kindergarten No. 613 and the educational complex "Vseznaika" in 14 minutes. Schoolchildren can attend a school located a minute's walk from the residential quarter, and to municipal schools No. 285, special schools No. 9 and No. 29 by car in 10 minutes.

The project includes its own mini-stadium on the complex's territory, where you can engage in active sports, yoga, and fitness all year round. 12 minutes away by car from the new building is the fitness center Sportlife with a pool, a gym, a studio for group classes, a children's fitness program, and SPA procedures, as well as the sports hall "Minsk Massif."
