The residential complex Forest Park in the Obolon district of Kyiv is an alternative to apartments "on the asphalt", housing for those who prefer to live in nature and breathe fresh air. The low-rise residential quarter is located in the middle of a pine forest, 30 minutes by car from the city center and 13 minutes from Mezhyhirya. According to the project, there will be playgrounds for children, a mini-stadium, parking, a medical center, a pharmacy, a cafe, a bank branch, and a small business center on the territory.
Infrastructure
For the convenience of residents, a mini-supermarket is provided on the territory of the residential quarter. You can also buy groceries 2 minutes from the house in the "Fora" supermarket, and it will take 13 minutes by car to get to the grocery supermarkets "ATB", "Kosmos", or "EKO-market". The same amount of time will be spent on the road to the largest shopping and entertainment center in the capital, Dream Town, where boutiques, cafes, and restaurants are open. Children at Dream Town will enjoy a roller rink, a skating rink, a zoo, attractions, and one of the largest indoor water parks in Europe - the Jurassic period water park Dream Island.
A kindergarten will be built on the territory of Forest Park for the little ones. Nearby are other preschool institutions: it will take 12 minutes by car to get to kindergartens No. 607 and No. 804, and 14 minutes to get to kindergarten No. 613 and the educational complex "Vseznayka". Schoolchildren will be able to attend a school located a minute's walk from the residential quarter, and it will take 10 minutes by car to get to municipal schools No. 285, special schools No. 9 and No. 29.
The project includes its own mini-stadium on the territory of the complex, where you can engage in active sports, yoga, and fitness all year round. In 12 minutes by car from the new building, there is the Sportlife fitness center with a pool, gym, group exercise studio, children's fitness program, and SPA treatments, as well as the Minsk Array sports hall.
