LCD Residential complex Greenville at Pechersk In Kiiv

Greenville is a combination of residential space with a park area in the center of the metropolis. To avoid monotonous construction in the center of Kyiv, architects applied variations in height and different number of floors in complex sections. The design will use a contrast of decorative materials so that the facades do not merge into a single canvas.

The overall stylobate part will be a commercial zone, where shops, supermarkets, beauty salons, bank branches, and useful services for residents will be opened. The stylobate roof will be a place for walks along alleys with landscape design.

Infrastructure

Greenville is being built in the Pechersk district - one of the business and cultural parts of Kyiv. Near the complex, there are office buildings, higher educational institutions, museums, and galleries.

At approximately the same distance, 13-15 minutes on foot from Greenville, there are 7 supermarkets open: 3 "Silpo", 2 "Billa Markets", "Eco Market" and "Furshet", and within a 10-minute drive, you can reach Novus. A 7-minute drive will take you to the Ocean Plaza shopping center with shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, and a public aquarium, as well as a 13-minute drive to the Gulliver shopping center.

A kindergarten will be built on the complex territory for families with young children. Also within walking distance are kindergartens in Pechersk: 14 minutes to Newtone Kids and No. 228, 17 minutes to kindergarten No. 728 and No. 457 "Zaychik". For older children, you can find a school nearby, additional language programs, or developmental courses.
