Greenville is a combination of residential space with a park area in the center of the metropolis. To avoid monotonous development in the center of Kyiv, architects applied variations in height and different number of floors in the complex sections. The design will use a contrast of decorative materials so that the facades do not merge into one canvas.

The general stylobate part will be a commercial area, where shops, a supermarket, beauty salons, a bank branch, and useful services for the residents' comfort will be opened. The stylobate roof will be a place for walks along alleys with landscape design.

Infrastructure

Greenville is being built in the Pechersk district - one of the business and cultural parts of Kyiv. Near the complex, there are office buildings, higher educational institutions, museums, and galleries.

At approximately the same distance, a 13-15 minute walk from Greenville, there are 7 supermarkets: 3 "Silpo", 2 "Billa Market", "Eco Market", and "Furshet", and within a 10-minute drive, you can reach Novus. A 7-minute drive will take you to the Ocean Plaza shopping center with shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, and a public aquarium, as well as a 13-minute drive to Gulliver Shopping Mall.

A kindergarten will be built on the complex's territory for families with young children.
