Description

"Italian Quarter 2" is a low-rise residential complex consisting of 25 four-storey comfort-class buildings in Obolon, near the Dnipro river, several parks, and lakes. The highlight of the neighborhood will be its own embankment, stretching along the Verbyud Lake. It will become a favorite place for residents to take leisurely walks, bike rides, and morning or evening runs, and in the summer they will be able to relax on their own beach.

Separate semi-closed courtyards will delight apartment owners with green relaxation areas and modern children's and sports playgrounds. The new building project includes its own infrastructure: cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, bank branches, medical centers, sports complexes, and mini-markets will be located on the ground floors of several buildings.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Italian Quarter 2" is being built in an area with convenient transport infrastructure, which allows for quick access to the city by private or public transport. Nearby is a major transport interchange at the intersection of Bohatyrska Street, Heroiv Dnipra Street, and Polyarna Street, and a few minutes further is an interchange at the intersection of Heroiv Dnipra Street and Zoi Hayday Street. By car, it takes 20 minutes to reach the nearest metro stations Obolon, Pochaina, Heroiv Dnipra, and Maidan Nezalezhnosti, 25 minutes to the central bus and railway stations, and 35 minutes to the Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany).

If public transport is needed, it is a 6-minute walk to the trolleybus stop No. 32, minibuses No. 441, No. 472, No. 525, No. 537, and 12 bus routes on Bohatyrska Street, and a little further are tram stops No. 16, trolleybus No. 44, buses No. 99, No. 395, No. 421, and minibuses No. 402, No. 472, No. 525 on Zoi Hayday Street.

Residents of "Italian Quarter 2" will be able to buy groceries in mini-markets on the complex territory and at the "ATB-Market" supermarket nearby. A few large retail stores are located a bit further away: two "EKO-Market" stores - 9 and 14 minutes walk, three "Silpo" stores, "ATB-Market" and "Velmart" - 5-6 minutes by car. For home products and farmer's eco-products, you can always visit the Obolon Market, which is a 4-minute drive away. The same amount of time it will take to get to the Smart Plaza Obolon Shopping Center, Dream Town Shopping Center, and Dream Town 2 Shopping and Entertainment Complex.

Parents won't have to spend a lot of time escorting their children to kindergartens and schools. The complex will have its own kindergarten. Several other kindergartens are within a 10-minute walk: No. 590, No. 602, No. 588, and No. 607. Students of schools No. 168, No. 231, No. 256, No. 194, No. 143, and No. 252, which are 9 to 13 minutes away, will be able to walk to their classes.
