Description

"Italian Quarter 2" is a low-rise residential complex consisting of 25 four-story comfort-class buildings in Obolon, near the Dnipro River, several parks, and lakes. The highlight of the neighborhood will be its own embankment along the Verblyud Lake. It will become a favorite place for residents to take walks, bike rides, and morning or evening runs, and in the summer they can relax on their own beach.

Separate semi-enclosed courtyards will delight apartment owners with green relaxation areas and modern children's and sports playgrounds. The new building project includes its own infrastructure: cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, bank branches, medical centers, sports complexes, and mini-markets will be located on the ground floors of several buildings.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Italian Quarter 2" is being built in an area with convenient transport infrastructure, allowing quick access to the city by private or public transport. Nearby, there is a major transport interchange at the intersection of Bohatyrska, Heroiv Dnipra, and Polyarna streets, and a few minutes away, there is another interchange at the intersection of Heroiv Dnipra and Zoi Hayday streets. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the nearest metro stations Obolon, Pochaina, Heroiv Dnipra, and Maidan Nezalezhnosti, 25 minutes to the central bus and railway stations, and 35 minutes to the Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany).

If public transport is needed, it's a 6-minute walk to the trolleybus stop #32, minibuses #441, #472, #525, #537, and 12 bus routes on Bohatyrska street, and a little further are tram stops #16, trolleybus #44, buses #99, #395, #421, minibuses #402, #472, #525 on Zoi Hayday street.

Residents of "Italian Quarter 2" can buy groceries at mini-markets on the complex's territory and at the nearby ATB-Market supermarket. Further away, there are several stores of large retail chains: two EKO-Market stores - 9 and 14 minutes on foot, three Silpo, ATB-Market, and Velmart - 5-6 minutes by car. For home products and farm eco-products, you can always visit the Obolon market, which is a 4-minute drive away. The same amount of time will take you to get to the shopping malls Smart Plaza Obolon, Dream Town, and Dream Town 2.

Parents won't have to spend much time accompanying their children to kindergartens and schools. The complex will have its own kindergarten. Several other kindergartens are within a 10-minute walk: #590, #602, #588, and #607. Students of schools #168, #231, #256, #194, #143, and #252, which are 9 to 13 minutes away, can walk to classes.
