"Italian Quarter 2" is a low-rise residential complex with 25 four-story comfort-class buildings in Obolon, near the Dnipro River, several parks, and lakes. The highlight of the microdistrict will be its own embankment, stretching along Lake Verbylud. If public transport is needed, it is a 6-minute walk to the trolleybus stop No. 32, minibus routes No. 441, No. 472, No. 525, No. 537, and 12 bus routes on Bohatyrska street, and a little further are tram stops No. 16, trolleybus No. 44, buses No. 99, No. 395, No. 421, and minibuses No. 402, No. 472, No. 525 on Zoi Hayday street.
Residents of "Italian Quarter 2" will be able to buy groceries in mini-markets on the complex territory and the "ATB-Market" supermarket nearby. A few large chain stores are located a bit further away: two "EKO-Market" stores are a 9 and 14-minute walk, three "Silpo", "ATB-Market", and "Velmart" stores are a 5-6 minute drive. For home products and organic farming produce, residents can always visit the "Obolon" market, which is a 4-minute drive away. The same amount of time will be spent on a trip to the Smart Plaza Obolon shopping center, Dream Town shopping center, and Dream Town 2 shopping and entertainment center.
Parents will not have to spend a lot of time escorting their children to kindergartens and schools. There will be a kindergarten on the complex territory. Several kindergartens are within a 10-minute walk: No. 590, No. 602, No. 588, and No. 607. Students of schools No. 168, No. 231, No. 256, No. 194, No. 143, and No. 252, which are 9 to 13 minutes away, will be able to walk to classes.
