Description

"Italian Quarter 2" is a low-rise residential complex with 25 four-story comfort-class buildings in Obolon, near the Dnipro River, several parks and lakes. The highlight of the neighborhood will be its own embankment, which stretches along Verbylud Lake. It will become a favorite place for residents' walks, bike rides, and morning or evening jogs, and in the summer they will be able to relax on their own beach.

Semi-closed courtyards will delight apartment owners with green recreation areas and modern children's and sports playgrounds.
