Description

Lukianivskyi Cascade residential complex got its name due to the cascading floors of the sections, which add visual "stability" to the building and allow for a variety of floor plans.

The complex is being built on the hills of Tatarka, which will be reflected in the design of the adjacent territory: there will be a two-level terrace in the inner courtyard, where among the trees and landscape design, a children's playground and sports ground will be arranged.
