Description

"Mriya" Residential Complex is a modern residential complex located in the city of Boryspil, Kyiv region. The project is being implemented by the company PJSC "Agrobudmekhanizatsiya". The complex consists of a 10-storey building with 4 sections, designed for 193 apartments. Future residents are offered 1-5-room apartments of various sizes with functional modern layouts.

Simple geometric shapes, proven construction technologies and materials, bright decoration - the project fully meets the comfort class, in which the developer positions it. Monolithic-frame technology is used during construction, which is one of the most popular in the world, as such buildings are characterized by strength and durability. The walls made of gas blocks are insulated with mineral wool and polystyrene foam. Panoramic glazing of windows and balconies will provide good insolation of the premises, and individual heating in each apartment will allow maintaining a comfortable temperature in any weather.

The adjacent territory is planned with green areas and children's playgrounds. An above-ground parking lot will be arranged for cars.

The construction project includes the creation of a special shelter to protect residents in accordance with new standards.
