Müller (from German Muller - miller) - a wealthy and rich man who owned or worked at a mill. During the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, the place for a mill was chosen on a hill near the intersection of major roads. People from everywhere had the opportunity not only to grind flour but also to move relatively freely through the area that connected several settlements.
When designing the residential complex Müller Haus, which will have many undeniable advantages, we first of all imagined a place at the intersection of major roads connecting the very promising suburbs that are rapidly developing - Petropavlivska and Sofiivska Borshchahivka.
This place is located right in the center of Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, at the intersection of Soborna, Aviatoriv, and Yaroslava Mudroho streets - three key arteries of the district.
Such a location of the residential complex makes it an ideal place to live in the very center of the suburb: an ecological area where historically there were no industrial productions, a vibrant village center, convenient transportation connections in three directions: the Big Ring Road, Zhytomyrske Highway, and Soborna Street, Sofiivska Borshchahivka.
Within walking distance from the complex: a kindergarten and school, a clinic and a pharmacy, a fitness club with a pool, and a supermarket. All local taxi stops are a 3-minute walk away.
The Müller Haus project features a unique feature - its own bakery, where residents can enjoy fresh pastries and hot bread every morning.
Developing the idea of a new object, BD Holding paid attention to the dream of people to live in abundance today. So many people dream of seeing the "American dream" in their lives that they forget about modern, European, quality housing that they can already buy today.
Spacious layouts, from small apartments for two lovers to large two-story apartments for a big family.
All this is German quality traditions and European living conditions. All this is Müller Haus!
