NVER is a multifunctional residential complex with space-age architecture that combines residential, commercial, and office spaces. The new building in the Pechersk district of the capital is a symbiosis of futuristic architecture and innovation: two multi-story towers connected by a 50-meter glass bridge, which houses open and closed pools with panoramic views of the city. Such a solution is not found in any other complex in Europe! Here is the special lifestyle club TSARSKY with a fitness zone, sauna park, hammam, and spa, as well as a panoramic restaurant, terraces, and a club with a bionic bar.
On the rooftop of one of the towers, there is an observation deck with a section of transparent glass in the floor, allowing you to admire the surrounding landscapes from a bird's eye view.
The NVER project also includes a gallery of shops, a VIP cinema, a party room, a business center, a cigar room and wine rooms, a children's center, and a private depository with compartments for storing valuables, like in the best world-class hotels. The base of the towers is connected by a podium, where a grand designer lobby is located. Guests and residents of NVER have access to a six-level parking lot.
Infrastructure
The residential complex NVER is located in the heart of Kyiv, on Lesi Ukrainki Boulevard, which allows for quick and comfortable satisfaction of daily needs, as there are shopping centers, restaurants, bars, premium supermarkets, and business centers nearby.
The second floor of the new building is allocated for commercial and service infrastructure. The third floor is a business area with flex offices and a soundproof meeting room, a cinema, a cigar room, and a brunch cafe.
Another advantage of the residential complex NVER is its convenient transportation network: a 3-minute walk to bus stops No. 118, No. 137N, and trolleybuses No. 14, No. 15 on Lesi Ukrainki Boulevard, and a 10-minute walk to bus stops No. 62, trolleybus No. 38, minibuses No. 47 and No. 520 on General Almazov Street. Also within walking distance are three stations of the city's metro: "Klovska", "Pecherska" and "Palats Sportu".
For grocery shopping, a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket "ATB-Market", 11 minutes to Pechersky Market, or 13 minutes to the "Fora" supermarket. Shopping centers in walking distance from the new building include the Gulliver Shopping Mall with over 150 shops, restaurants, a cinema, and a bowling alley.
For the youngest residents of NVER, there is a children's club on the second floor of the complex with access to an outdoor playground. Parents can also send their child to one of the nearest preschools in the area. Within walking distance from the building are municipal kindergarten No. 731 and Montessori kindergarten Apple - 6 minutes, family kindergarten Smart Shark - 12 minutes, kindergartens No. 377 and No. 632 - 14 minutes. Within a radius of 4-6 minutes by car, kindergartens No. 273, No. 457, and No. 378 are operating.
Students of the Shevchenko Gymnasium can walk to classes in 8 minutes, and municipal schools No. 89 and No. 134 in 10-12 minutes.
