The residential complex "OXFORD" is a modern residential complex in the ecologically clean suburb of the capital village of Chaiki. The project is being implemented by the group of companies "Royal House". The architectural aesthetics of the residential complex in the style of English neoclassicism attracts attention and makes the buildings recognizable.
The "OXFORD" residential complex consists of fifteen 9-storey comfort-class buildings on a total area of 14 hectares. The complex is being built according to the principle of quarter development, with each quarter having its unique name. The residential fund consists of 4000 apartments ranging from 40 to 65 sq.m with ergonomic layouts. The construction is carried out using the panel-monolithic technology with "Royal House" wall modules, the production of which is patented. The facades are insulated with mineral wool. Each apartment is equipped with individual heating.
The concept of the "OXFORD" residential complex is based on the principle of shared space. The landscaping of the territory includes cozy squares with green lawns, lush trees, and bright flowers, with a large number of playgrounds for children of different ages.
Caring for the safety of residents, the project includes the construction of a bomb shelter in accordance with the state standards of Ukraine, and the courtyards of the "OXFORD" residential complex will have their own closed territory. According to the master plan, the territory is provided with about 2500 parking spaces in the above-ground parking lot.
Infrastructure
The residential complex "OXFORD" is located in a picturesque part of the village of Chaiki in the ecologically prosperous part of the Bucha district of the Kyiv region. Its convenient location in a quiet suburb makes it an ideal place for comfortable living, as "OXFORD" is located just a few kilometers from the capital and 10 minutes from the "Akademmistechko" metro station. In addition, there are exits to the Zhytomyr highway, the Ring Road, and Beresteyska Avenue. Next to the residential complex is the final stop of bus route No. 37 to the "Svyatoshyn" metro station, making the trip to the city quick and convenient.
A residential complex of this scale requires a large number of various infrastructure elements: grocery and industrial stores, clothing stores, pharmacies, bank branches, clothing and shoe repair shops, dry cleaners, beauty salons, restaurants and cafes, stationery stores, and more. Commercial premises with a total area of over 13,500 sq.m will be located on the ground floors of the buildings along the main road, making them visible to both residents of the complex and those living nearby.
Residents of the "OXFORD" residential complex will have a picturesque 4-hectare park near their home, where they can meet with family or friends for a picnic on a cozy lawn, take a walk on a summer day, or ride bicycles with children. A state comprehensive school for grades 1-3 is being built on the territory, which the developer will support with an enhanced English language program. For preschoolers, a number of private kindergartens and development clubs are planned to be opened.
The living space in the complex will be divided by functional purpose, but without obstacles such as additional stairs, curbs, separating green areas from sidewalks. Curbs will only separate the driveways to maximize separation from pedestrian walkways for additional safety and priority for pedestrians. Adults and the youngest residents of the living space will be able to spend time safely, as there will be a variety of activities for future residents: playgrounds, multifunctional sports grounds, and areas for active and passive recreation.
Residents of the "OXFORD" residential complex can also conveniently use the infrastructure outside the complex. For groceries, the "Fora" supermarket is a 3-minute drive or a 12-minute walk, and the "Kolo" supermarket is a minute longer. Another "Kolo" supermarket and the "NOVUS" supermarket are a 6-minute drive from the "OXFORD" residential complex. In the village of Chaiki, there is a state general school, private kindergartens "Candy Kids Club," "Magic Wood," "Monte Dino," "MisterFrog's kindergarten," municipal kindergarten No. 474 "Berizka," child development club "Masiki," private schools "Mikhail" and "Unique School."
For medical assistance, you can visit the family medicine clinic No. 1 in a 5-minute drive, the children's clinic "Helsa" in 8 minutes, or the medical center "Nash Likar."
