The residential complex "OXFORD" is a modern residential complex in an environmentally friendly suburb near the capital in the village of Chaiki. According to the master plan, the territory is provided with about 2500 parking spaces in the open-air parking lot.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "OXFORD" is located in the picturesque part of the village of Chaiki in the environmentally friendly part of the Bucha district of the Kyiv region. Its convenient location in a quiet suburb makes it an ideal place for comfortable living, as "OXFORD" is located just a few kilometers from the capital and 10 minutes from the metro station "Akademmistechko". In addition, there are exits to the Zhytomyr highway, the Ring Road, and Beresteiska Avenue. Next to the residential complex is the final stop of bus route No. 37 to the metro station "Sviatoshyn", making the trip to the city fast and convenient.

Residents of the "OXFORD" residential complex will have a picturesque park of 4 hectares near their home, where they can meet with family or friends for a picnic on a cozy lawn, take a walk on a summer day, or ride bicycles with children. A state general education school for grades I-III is being built on the territory, which the developer will support with an enhanced English language program. For preschoolers, a number of private kindergartens and developmental clubs are planned to be opened.

The living space in the complex will be divided by functional purpose, but without obstacles in the form of additional stairs, curbs that separate green areas from sidewalks. Raised curbs will only divide the driveways to maximize separation from the pedestrian area for additional safety and prioritize pedestrians. Adults and the youngest residents of the living space will be able to spend time safely, as there will be a variety of activities for future residents: play children's playgrounds, multifunctional sports grounds, and areas for active and passive recreation.
