Park Hills Residential Complex (Youth Initiative) - comfortable apartments in the capital surrounded by three parks. The complex consists of 4 sections of different heights. You can buy groceries near the building at the "Lotok" supermarket, and within a 5-7 minute drive, there are two supermarkets "Fora", "ATB-Market", "Silpo", and "Lotok". A car ride to the "Nyvky" market for fresh vegetables and fruits will take 8 minutes.
In the area of construction, there are many educational institutions for different age groups. Several kindergartens are located within a 4-7 minute drive from the building for the youngest residents of Park Hills: #430, #431 "Kobzaryk", the children's garden-development center "Ekosvit", and the kindergarten-school "Kyianochka". For schoolchildren, a 5-minute drive from the Park Hills residential complex are Gymnasium #172 "Nyvky", the British International School in Ukraine, and Municipal School #163, and a few minutes further are the Lysenko Music School-Boarding School and Special School with an emphasis on English language study #97. Also in the area of the new building are the State Art School named after Shevchenko, Kyiv Industrial College, National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Kyiv Real Estate College, National Medical Academy, and others.
Residents of the Park Hills Residential Complex (Youth Initiative) will be able to engage in sports at the "Ekonomist" and "Syrets" sports complexes, which are 6 and 12 minutes away by car, respectively. For cycling enthusiasts, near the complex is the Syretskyi Hai, the territory of which has a recreational cycling health route.
