For each building of the residential complex "Podol Grad," an individual project is developed taking into account the landscape of Podil. In order not to disturb the historical ensemble of the district's architecture, low-rise buildings are designed in the style of romanticism and constructivism of the XIX century. The residential complex forms its own bright mini-quarter with wide sidewalks for walks and relaxation areas.
