LCD Променада In Kievskaya oblaste

The complex got its name in honor of the promenade alley that is planned to be arranged in the complex's courtyard. "Promenade" is located in the center of Vyshneve and 2 kilometers away from Kyiv, allowing future residents to use the infrastructure of the central part of the city and the Kyiv-Svyatoshyn district of the capital.

The "Promenade" project will feature houses with semi-circular corners, which will add diversity to the layout and future design solutions of some apartments.

Infrastructure

Thanks to its central location, residents will be able to walk to a shop, pharmacy, restaurant, or café, pick up a package at the post office, or buy something for the home. A new Novus is practically open in the courtyard, a couple of minutes to "ATB", 5 minutes walk to "Fora". For farm products, fresh fruits, vegetables, and dried fruits, you can go to the "Vyshneve" market in 13 minutes.
