Parks, green streets, forest paths, lakes, and the famous forest tram make up the recreational area of Pushcha-Vodytsia and the location of the residential complex PUSHA HOUSE. PUSHA HOUSE is a medium-rise building consisting of three sections with underground parking and parking spaces. A 10-minute walk will take you to a grocery store, while a 10-minute drive will bring you to the Novus and Silpo supermarkets. For shopping and entertainment with family, you can visit the Lavina Mall, which houses over 150 stores, a Silpo supermarket, restaurants, cafes, a Multiplex cinema, and an entertainment park with various attractions. Additionally, near Lavina Mall, there is an Epicenter where you can find everything for home and repairs.
In Pushcha-Vodytsia, there are several preschool institutions: a 3-minute walk to the "Mandarynka" kindergarten, a 4-minute drive to the "Teremok" kindergarten with nurseries, an 8-minute drive to the "Vulyk" kindergarten, and the Preschool Educational Institution No. 682. For older children, there is a 3-minute drive to the MTA boarding school and a 4-minute drive to School No. 104. Nearby, there is a music school for additional activities.
