LCD SENAT residential complex In Kiiv

Senat is a new residential complex of business class in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, not far from the parks "Urochyshche Teremky" and "Holosiivskyi". The project includes three buildings of different heights, the lower floors of which are designated for commercial spaces, allowing residents to access necessary services without leaving home, and some apartments come with their own terraces. Residents are greeted in the entrances by designer lobbies and concierge services.

In the courtyard area, there will be a children's playground, a sports area with exercise equipment, open terraces, barbecue areas with pergolas, and a yoga space for physical practices and meditations. For residents with cars, the complex will have a parking lot for 329 cars.

Infrastructure

The Senat residential complex is being built near the Kyiv Ring Road and a few minutes' walk from a major transport interchange at the intersection with Hlushkova Avenue (Odessa Highway). A 3-minute walk from the new building is the bus stop №777 and the bus station "Teremky". A walk to the nearest Teremky metro station, bus stops №11, №172, №365, №371, №427, №729, №736, №791, №814, №821 and minivans №212, №416, №444, №507 at Odessa Square will take 7-9 minutes.

The social infrastructure in the area of the new building is well developed. A range of services will also be available in the commercial areas of the complex. Among them is a 1100 sq. m. grocery supermarket. Within a 3-minute walk, residents can go to the "Kolo" supermarket for groceries, and within a 10-minute walk to the "Ashan" hypermarket at the Magellan shopping mall. Within a 15-20 minute radius on foot from the building are supermarkets "ATB-Market", "Velyka Kyshenia", "Kolo", METRO Cash & Carry hypermarket and the Odessa market. A few minutes further away is the "Stolichny" market, the largest wholesale market in Ukraine, offering a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, meat, and dairy products. Also located in the vicinity of the Senat residential complex is the construction supermarket "Epicenter", and for shopping and entertainment, residents can always visit the Magellan shopping mall, which features a gallery of stores of various orientations, a multi-hall cinema, a food court with 13 cafes and restaurants, the women's fitness club FitCurves, bowling, and other services.

Within walking distance from the complex are educational institutions for children, including the International Innovative School, Respublika Kids, municipal school №132, kindergartens №726, №513 "Teremok" and the NVK "Romashka". Each of them is a maximum of 10 minutes away. By car, a child can be taken to kindergartens №285, NVK "Barvinok", schools №269 and №286 in 5-6 minutes.

For sports activities, residents can choose from sports facilities within a 10-minute radius by car from the building: iGym sports club, Sport Life Teremky fitness club, public pool "Pirs 39" and tennis courts at the "Ice Stadium". Residents can go for a run or play football at the stadium, which is a 5-minute walk away.
