LCD SENAT In Kiiv

Senat is a new business class residential complex in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, not far from the parks "Teremky Urochyshe" and "Holosiivskyi". The project includes three buildings of different floors, the lower floors of which are designated for commercial premises, allowing residents to have necessary services "without leaving home", some apartments have their own terraces. Residents are greeted in the entrances by designer lobbies and concierge services.

In the courtyard area, there will be a children's playground, a sports area with exercise equipment, open terraces, barbecue areas with gazebos, and a yoga space for physical practices and meditations. For residents with cars, the complex will have a parking lot for 329 cars.

Infrastructure

The Senat residential complex is being built near the Kyiv Ring Road and a few minutes walk from a major transportation interchange at the intersection with Glushkova Avenue (Odesa highway). Within a 3-minute walk from the new construction, there is a bus stop №777 and the "Teremky" bus station. A walk to the nearest metro station "Teremky", trolleybus stops №11, buses №172, №365, №371, №427, №729, №736, №791, №814, №821 and minibuses №212, №416, №444, №507 at Odeska Square will take 7-9 minutes.

The social infrastructure in the area of the new building is well developed. A number of services will also be located in the commercial premises of the complex. Among them is a 1100 sq.m. grocery store. Within a 3-minute walk, you can go to the "Kolo" supermarket for groceries, and within a 10-minute walk to the "Ashan" hypermarket in the "Magellan" shopping center. Within a 15-20 minute walk from the building, there are supermarkets "ATB-Market", "Velyka Kyshenia", "Kolo", METRO Cash & Carry hypermarket, and Odesa market. A few minutes further is the "Stolichny" market, the largest wholesale market in Ukraine, offering a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. Also in the area of the Senat residential complex is the construction supermarket "Epicenter", and for shopping and entertainment, you can always go to the "Magellan" shopping center, which features a gallery of stores of various orientations, a multi-hall cinema, a food court with 13 cafes and restaurants, the FitCurves women's fitness club, bowling, and other services.

In walking distance from the complex are educational institutions such as the International Innovative School, Respublika Kids, Municipal School №132, kindergartens №726, №513 "Teremok" and NVC "Romashka". Each of them is a maximum of 10 minutes away. By car, you can take your child to kindergartens №285, NVC "Barvinok", schools №269 and №286 in 5-6 minutes.

For sports activities, you can choose one of the sports facilities within a 10-minute drive from the building: iGym sports club, Sport Life Teremky fitness club, public swimming pool "Pirs 39" and tennis courts of the "Ice Stadium". You can go for a run or play football at the stadium, which is a 5-minute walk away.
