LCD Smart Concept In Kiiv

Smart Concept is a residential complex from the developer "Concept Development" in the historical center of Kyiv on the border of Shevchenkivskyi and Podilskyi districts. It consists of one eight-story business-class building with 116 apartments on six floors, commercial premises, and storage rooms. The residential premises have various modern layouts. 1-2-3-4-room apartments with ceilings 2.85 m high and the possibility of combining apartments with different functionality and area are offered for implementation. The residential complex "Smart Concept" is located in the microdistrict "Tatarka" on the Shevchenkivska district of the capital, but this location is more associated with Podil. Podil district in Kyiv is a real gem of the capital's urban landscape. There are numerous landmarks here, with a large number of interesting buildings and theaters. For example, you can see the famous St. Anna's Church, built in the baroque style in the 18th century. This area has preserved unique historical and cultural monuments that attract tourists from all over the world, such as Andriyivsky Uzviz, Kontraktova Square, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, and the Church of the Dormition. Personal transport can reach the building from Podil – from Nyzhniy Val, as well as from the center of Kyiv, Solomianskyi district, or Okruzhna through Sichovykh Striltsiv Street or Hlybochytska Street.
