The sections of the Stanford residential complex are located around the perimeter of the site and form a closed courtyard space. Sections of different floors improve insulation and help avoid the well effect in the inner courtyard. There will be no cars in the courtyard area, only landscaping, places for relaxation, and children's play areas.

The style of the complex is designed with references to American architecture of the mid-20th century: massive forms, simple lines of facades, restraint in decorative elements. The walls of the Stanford residential complex are covered with a ventilated facade system with ceramic granite panels. Ventilated facades help protect the walls from overheating in summer and retain heat in winter.

Infrastructure

Located in Pechersk guarantees a developed infrastructure not only for business activities but also for leisure.
