The sections of the residential complex Stanford are located around the perimeter of the site and form a closed courtyard space. The sections of different floors improve insulation and help avoid the well effect in the inner courtyard. There will be no cars in the courtyard area, only landscape design, places for relaxation, and children's play areas.

The style of the complex is executed with references to American architecture of the mid-20th century: massive forms, simple lines of facades, restraint in decorative elements. The walls of the Stanford residential complex are covered with ventilated facades with ceramic granite panels. Ventilated facades help protect the walls from overheating in summer and retain heat in winter.
