The residential complex "Varshavsky-3" is another project of the "Stolitsa Group" company in the Vinogradar district of the capital. Nine comfort class buildings of variable height - from 14 to 25 floors, created in a single concise architectural style. Construction is carried out using monolithic-frame technology, the outer walls are additionally insulated with mineral wool gas concrete blocks. Panoramic glazing is done with energy-saving 2-chamber packages. Future residents will have access to apartment layouts ranging from 32 to 104 sq.m, with apartments with terraces available. The location of the buildings is designed so that there is a large space between them - this will provide good insulation for the apartments.

The "Varshavsky-3" residential complex is a full-fledged quarter in the Vinogradar residential area. Nearby, new residential complexes are actively growing, so the infrastructure of the area is dynamically developing. For the convenience of residents, commercial premises are provided on the complex territory, where necessary household and social services will be located, such as shops, pharmacies, cafes, post offices, etc. The transport infrastructure of the area is also actively developing. Soon, the opening of two new metro stations - "Mostytska" and "Prospekt Pravdy" is planned. A good surface transport interchange and various public transport routes will allow you to quickly and easily reach any part of the city. The road to the city center by car will take about 25 minutes, to the Central Railway Station - 27 minutes.
