LCD LCD Veza on Lomonosova In Kiiv

The 24-story complex "Veza na Lomonosova" will look modern and futuristic, thanks to the gray facade and panoramic windows. To preserve the aesthetic appearance of the building, special niches for air conditioner units are also provided on the facade.

According to the project, the new building stands on a stylobate, which houses a two-level parking lot for 91 cars with a lift. The first floors of the residential complex "Lomonosova" are commercial - for infrastructure facilities: a shop, a pharmacy, an office, or a beauty salon. The adjacent area is the roof of the stylobate, where a children's playground, a sports area, and places for walking pets are arranged. Only residents will be able to enter the courtyard of the complex, for outsiders the area will be closed, and additional security will be provided by surveillance cameras in public areas.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Veza na Lomonosova" is located 5 minutes walk from the Vasilkivska metro station and public transport stops: buses №19, №78, №119, №812, trolleybuses №12 and №45, shuttle taxis №499 and №508.

Nearby there are supermarkets and grocery stores: a 7-minute walk to Varus, 15 minutes to "ATB", 4 minutes by car to "Velyka Kyshenya", 5 minutes by car to "Silpo".

If you enjoy attending concerts, exhibitions, parties, theatrical performances - VDNKh is located 15 minutes walk away.
