The residential complex "Zarichny" is the first line of the Dnipro river bank, which guarantees panoramic views of the right bank, the city center, and the lights of the endless movement along the Southern bridge. Each new phase complements the architectural ensemble of the complex, which upon completion of construction can become a landmark of the left bank of Kyiv.

The main architectural feature of "Zarichny" will be two glass 30-storey towers with broken lines of facades. According to the project, the waterfront area will be transformed into a promenade with a beach, places for recreation, and walks along the Dnipro river.

You can already buy groceries nearby at the Novus supermarket, on the first floors of the first phase, or by driving one metro stop to Varus and "Silpo". A 7-minute drive away is the hypermarket Metro Cash & Carry and the construction hypermarket "Epicenter".

It will take 5-10 minutes to drive to the kindergartens of the area or two metro stops. For schoolchildren, it is an 8-10 minute drive to schools No. 314, No. 309, No. 329, and the Kyiv Engineering Gymnasium.
