LCD ZHK Zarichny In Kiiv

The residential complex "Zarichny" is the first line of the Dnipro River bank, which guarantees panoramic views of the right bank, the center, and the lights of the endless movement on the Southern Bridge. Each new phase complements the architectural ensemble of the complex, which upon completion of construction may become a landmark of the left bank of Kyiv.

The main architectural feature of "Zarichny" will be two glass 30-story towers with broken lines of facades. According to the project, the waterfront area will be transformed into a promenade with a beach, places for recreation, and walks along the Dnipro River.

Infrastructure

Transport links are provided by Mykoly Bazhana Avenue on the surface and underground - you can walk to the public transport stop and metro station. The development concept of the "Zarichny" complex includes the opening of shops, cafes, bank branches, office premises on the complex's territory. Closer to the completion of the project, a kindergarten and a fitness center are planned to be opened. Also, commercial premises will be on the first floors of neighboring complexes.

You can already buy groceries nearby at the Novus supermarket, on the first floors of the first phase, or by driving one metro stop to Varus and "Silpo". A 7-minute drive away is the hypermarket Metro Cash & Carry, and the building hypermarket "Epicenter" is located.

You will need to drive 5-10 minutes or two metro stops to reach the kindergartens of the district. For schoolchildren, it is an 8-10 minute drive to schools No. 314, No. 309, No. 329, and the Kyiv Engineering Gymnasium.

You can go for training at a sports complex on the territory or drive 5-10 minutes to such fitness clubs as Sport Life, Bulldog Gym, Dog Grand CrossFit, Fitness 24, "Athletico" or "Coliseum."
