"Nova Bucha" is a project to create a "city within a city" covering an area of 82.5 hectares. The quarter grids will consist of buildings ranging from 5 to 9 floors and infrastructure facilities: kindergartens, schools, shops, and medical institutions. They will arrange their own mini-park and sports area.

In the new phase of the residential complex, the buildings have a P-shaped form with parking around the perimeter of the site. Public spaces - playgrounds, sports areas, and recreational areas will be located in the inner courtyards of the buildings.

Infrastructure

Public transport stops for buses No. 352 and No. 421 are located near the buildings of the "Nova Bucha" complex. You can reach the Sviatoshyn and Akademmistechko metro stations from Bucha by shuttle buses No. 381, No. 387, No. 423, and No. 424, and to the Obolon metro station by shuttle bus No. 421.
