KRAIEVYD is an energy-independent cottage eco-village, the project of which is developed taking into account the specifics of the natural landscape. Three single-story cottages are united by a common territory, design, and the idea of energy conservation. Geothermal energy is used for heating the houses and heating water, while water supply is from an individual well. The houses are equipped with a "Smart Home" system, which will help reduce electricity consumption by 35%. Infrastructure

The KRAIEVYD cottage village is being built in a quiet corner near Feofania Park, 9 minutes by car from the Big Ring Road, allowing access to the capital's infrastructure. There is also infrastructure in Khotoiv.

Within an 8-minute walk from the cottages, there is a Mini-Market, and a 4-minute drive to the Fora supermarket and Victoria grocery store, and a 7-minute drive to the Anzhik store. Returning home along the Odessa highway, you can buy groceries at the Odessa market, the Velika Kyshenia and Fora supermarkets, and also at the market and the ATB supermarket in Gatne.
