Tivoli cottages feature modern architecture with black and white decor, panoramic windows, and straight, concise lines. 24 houses are located in a closed area - at the entrance to the complex there is a checkpoint, and public areas are under round-the-clock video surveillance. The settlement is equipped with sports grounds, pools, a sauna complex, as well as outdoor jogging trails.

A typical 200 sq. m cottage project includes a kitchen-studio and a bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms, a study, and a bathroom on the second floor. The land plot for each house will be from 6 to 8 acres - this is enough to arrange a comfortable lounge area with a barbecue and a pool, or to install a children's playground.

Infrastructure

The Tivoli cottage town is being built in the village of Khodosivka, whose infrastructure includes shops, a school, a kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, a shopping center, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a medical clinic, and other services.

There is a high-quality European standard road from the town to Kyiv, so you can quickly and comfortably reach your destination in the capital and return home. The nearest metro station "Vydubychi" is a 20-minute drive away, and if you need public transport, the bus stops No. 735 and No. 738 are a 10-minute walk from the cottage town.

8 minutes away from the cottages is the first outlet town in Ukraine - "Manufactura", with over 75 stores of various orientations, restaurants, cafes, and confectioneries. For children, there is a playground, the "Children's Room" development center, and the "Dakland" children's entertainment center. Next to the outlet are the "Delta Delta" fitness club, Ala Delta beauty salon, bowling club, shooting range, "Butterfly Country" cinema, "Megamarket" hypermarket, and the "Manufactura Clinic" medical center.
