Zoloche Provence cottage town is a new quarter with 32 two-story cottages with private plots. The town is located in the closed-type village "Zoloche" on the banks of the Dnipro bay. Despite being far from the city, the infrastructure in the area includes everything necessary: private kindergartens and schools, shops, restaurants, SPA, sports complex, beauty salon, yacht club, children's camp, and other facilities.

Residents of the Zoloche Provence cottage town will not have to travel to the capital or neighboring settlements for groceries - there is a grocery store "Khamom" and a supermarket on the territory of the village "Zoloche." Fresh bread, olive oil, semi-finished products, and Italian cheeses can also be purchased at the shop of the Italian cuisine restaurant Zafferano, in the Rivera Zoloche cottage town, which can be reached by yacht or a 12-minute drive by car. For those who prefer professional cuisine, the restaurant offers complex breakfasts and a large grill menu. Children aged 9 to 16 can relax at the Zoloche Rangers Camp, where they can conquer the sky park and climbing wall, learn rowing in a kayak, and participate in various contests and programs.

Sports can also be done in the modern fitness center, which has gym halls, a pool, group fitness classes, yoga, fitness for expectant mothers, and a children's section. Also, the Wish Family Space club has 4 pools: a two-zone outdoor pool, a pool-jacuzzi with sea water, a 25-meter sports pool, and a children's pool for swimming lessons.
