The cottage town "Zoryany" is located on the left bank of the Dnipro River, in the village of Vyshenky, in the Borispol district. Surrounded by lakes, near the river and close to the city, this project attracts with its concept, which is to create a place that will become a real home: safe, beautiful, convenient, and comfortable.

The town consists of 25 cottages, which are located on a total area of ​​2.5 hectares. Three rows, three types of houses: you can choose a 1- or 2-story house with an area of ​​150, 175, or 200 sq.m. Regardless of the area, all houses have convenient and rational layouts: high ceilings and spacious rooms (3 or 4 bedrooms), large bathrooms (2 or 3 in a cottage), utility rooms, terraces and balconies, parking spaces for cars. In one-story cottages, an attic floor can be additionally arranged, which will increase the area of ​​the house by 70 sq.m.

All cottages are built of energy-efficient materials (brick, ceramic block) and additionally insulated with mineral wool. Each plot has its own well and septic tank, electricity is connected. The houses are equipped with large energy-saving windows and modern entrance groups with insulated doors and light-transparent structures.

Each homeowner has a large plot of land (10 acres), the boundaries of which are fenced with a fence - this space can be arranged at your own discretion. The territory of the town is guarded and equipped with video surveillance cameras, in addition, there is the possibility of connecting each house to remote security.

Infrastructure

From the capital, "Zoryany" is only 12 km away, so you can quickly reach the capital. The road to the nearest metro stations ("Boryspil", "Vyrlytsia") will take about 25 minutes by car. By public transport, this route will be longer - it will take about 50 minutes to reach the metro. The bus stop, where you can take a minibus, is located in the central part of Vyshenky, about 2 km from the town.

There is a school and a kindergarten in the village, which are only 1.9 km (4 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot) from "Zoryany". There are branches of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" in Vyshenky (2.3 km, 5 minutes by car from the cottage town), grocery and hardware stores, a farmers' market (2 km from the cottage town, 5 minutes by car). The nearest municipal family medicine clinic is located in the neighboring village of Hnidyn (5 km, 8 minutes by car from "Zoryany").

"Zoryany" is located on the shore of a lake, where you can spend a good time in summer or winter. Picnics with friends, family walks, morning runs - all this will be available to the residents of "Zoryany".

Next to "Zoryany" (within a distance of up to 1 km) there are other modern cottage towns with their own developed infrastructure. There are shops and restaurants, private schools and kindergartens, beauty salons and gyms on their territory. All these establishments will also be at the service of the town's residents.
