Description

PARK ROYAL is a modern residential complex with its own recreational park area in the suburbs of the capital city of Bucha. The project is being implemented by the "Royal House" group of companies.

The "PARK ROYAL" residential complex consists of 23 buildings with varying number of floors: from 7 to 16 floors with panoramic glazing, designer lobbies, and modern, well-thought-out amenities. Prospective residents are offered a variety of apartments ranging from functional studios to spacious penthouses in business sections. The area of the apartments varies from 33 sq.m to 105 sq.m. All apartments have a balcony or a loggia and a large kitchen-living room. The complex features apartments with 4-meter ceilings and private courtyards.

The safety of residents is also taken care of in the "PARK ROYAL" residential complex. The territory of the complex is closed off from outsiders and car traffic and is under round-the-clock security and video surveillance. All car traffic is organized along the outer ring of the block, outside the residential buildings. Each residential block has underground parking for residents, and two multi-level parking lots are planned near the park.

The project for the "PARK ROYAL" residential complex also includes the construction of a bomb shelter that fully complies with current legislation. Residents will not only feel safe but also comfortable in it. The shelter will have all the amenities for a long stay, two exits, water supply, and drainage system.

Infrastructure

The "PARK ROYAL" residential complex is located in Bucha near Bucha Park and Vorzel Reserve, 20 km from the Akademmistechko metro station and a 40-minute drive to the center of Kyiv. Convenient transportation and a bus stop with its own bus service to the nearest metro station ensure easy and fast access to the capital.

"PARK ROYAL" is a vivid example of the implementation of the concept of a "city within a city." The territory is planned to have a private school and kindergarten for over 600 students.

The complex covers an area of 25 hectares with its own recreational park area. The main artery of the city-park is a commercial promenade covering an area of 17900m2. Here you can find everything: restaurants, cafes, shops, beauty salons, boutiques, entertainment centers, household services, and more.

A special focus is placed on the "Kids World" children's area. This is a large children's space for development and games covering almost 6000m2. The original play areas on the territory will expand the usual understanding of a children's playground. The entire area is maximally safe and under 24-hour video surveillance.

One of the unique features of the "PARK ROYAL" residential complex is the presence of its own Orangery with a cafe amidst a tropical forest. Even in winter, residents can be inspired and take cozy walks, enjoying a summer vibe. Currently, this is the only format for placing such facilities in residential quarters. Its area will be 300m2.

A separate area is allocated for the Amphitheater. In the warm season, it serves as an open-air cinema showing movies or a space for hosting festivals or concerts. In winter, the space transforms into snow slides for children, with Christmas installations in the center.

The long promenade in "PARK ROYAL" ends with a recreational park area of 4 hectares, divided into various functional zones for sports and recreation:

  • sports core - over 10 sports grounds and almost 3 km of running and biking tracks;
  • barbecue area - in addition to open, specially equipped fire zones, there are year-round leisure houses for nature outings;
  • park for walks and relaxation;
  • skate park;
  • training ground for dogs.

Leaving the boundaries of the "PARK ROYAL" residential complex, its residents can easily reach the city's infrastructure in just minutes: kindergartens and schools, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment venues, public transport stops, and everything needed for a comfortable life.
