LCD Wellness Park Residential Complex In Kievskaya oblaste

Wellness park is being built in the rapidly developing part of Hostomel - there are several large residential complexes nearby, which contributes to the development of the area's infrastructure. Commercial areas will also be included in the Wellness park complex - cafes, shops, pharmacies, or other service providers may appear on the ground floors.

You can reach the border of Kyiv in 3 minutes by car, and in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the stops of the public transport in the direction of Kyiv. A minute's drive away is the transport interchange at the intersection of Shevchenko Street and Chkalova Street.
