LCD ZH Nova Bucha In Kievskaya oblaste

"Nova Bucha" is a project to create a "city within a city" covering an area of 82.5 hectares. The block grids will consist of buildings ranging from 5 to 9 floors and infrastructure facilities: kindergartens, schools, shops, and medical institutions. They will arrange their mini-park and sports area.

In the new phase of the residential complex, buildings in the P-shaped form with parking around the perimeter of the plot have been built. Public spaces - children's playgrounds, sports areas, and recreational areas will be located in the inner courtyard of the buildings.

Infrastructure

Near the buildings of the "Nova Bucha" complex, bus stops for buses No. 352 and No. 421 were installed. To get to the Sviatoshyn and Akademmistechko metro stations from Bucha, you can take shuttle buses No. 381, No. 387, No. 423, and No. 424, and to the Obolon metro station by shuttle bus No. 421.

In the new phase, a kindergarten has been built, and with the development of the complex, private kindergartens and one state kindergarten will open. The residential complex complements the city's infrastructure with commercial spaces on the ground floors, where shops, medical offices, cafes, and small bars open. It takes a 15-minute walk to the nearest "Eco-Market" for groceries. Post office, pharmacy, and the "Varshavsky" shopping complex are within walking distance. It takes 5 minutes by car to reach the market with fresh vegetables, fruits, and farm products.

Bucha is a small town, so all infrastructure is within a 10-minute drive by car. In addition to the kindergarten on the territory, preschool institutions are a 5-minute drive away: Fun Kids kindergarten, preschool center No. 85, "Yablunka" kindergarten, preschool center No. 1 "Sonechko". Bucha schools No. 5, No. 4, and No. 3 are located within an 8-minute drive.
