"Green Rest" is an investment project from Green Rest Development with premium apartments in the heart of the Carpathians. The complex is located in the village of Nyzhnia Rozhanka, near Slavske, in the Lviv region. The apartment owner only monitors the hotel's work report and income from the operation of their apartment. The management company offers 14 days of free accommodation to investors per year, during which dividends will still be accrued + a 15% discount on all complex services, with a further stay possible at a 25% discount.

Infrastructure

The "Green Rest" complex is located on the bank of a river in the village of Nyzhnia Rozhanka, near Slavske, in the Lviv region. The road to Lviv by car will take about two hours. The future ski resort GORO Mountain Resort is located 12 km from the complex. For hotel guests, there will be a separate ski room where equipment can be dried and not stored in the room.

For the comfort of guests, the "Green Rest" complex provides its own infrastructure, allowing for a combination of work, relaxation, and tourism. A conference hall for 60 people will host any event amidst nature and mountainous terrain. The combination of business and leisure will allow guests to recharge from the noisy city.

The 2 restaurants in "Green Rest" offer hotel guests not only delicious food but also the opportunity to hold wedding ceremonies, birthdays, or business meetings for a large group. Those who enjoy active leisure can enjoy playing tennis, football, or basketball on the hotel's sports court in warm weather. And in the winter, thanks to modern technology, it will be transformed into an ice rink. For fitness training, there is a gym and a yoga area. The hotel also features a professional 25-meter pool for sports training among swimmers.

There is always a place for your children in any weather. A children's playground outdoors, as well as a separate room in the hotel, are available. Bicycles can be rented at the hotel for both children and adults to take a stroll through the picturesque Carpathians. In the summer, the pool area with an outdoor pool, bungalows, and loungers awaits you. And in any season, you can visit heated pools, enjoy a hammam and a Roman sauna, and restore your energy balance in the Wellness & SPA relaxation area.
