LCD KM GORA In Levovskaya oblaste

GORA is a cottage town on top of a mountain amid the Carpathian forests in the village of Tukhlya in the Lviv region, 110 km from Lviv. The project, which harmoniously combines authentic Boyko architectural motifs with modern exterior design, is being implemented by "SENSAR DEVELOPMENT" company. On a total area of 4 hectares, the construction of 27 stylized cottage houses with panoramic views of the mountain landscapes is planned. Two typical projects for two floors are offered for selection: S - 71.65 sq.m and XL - 121 sq.m, and two typical projects for one floor: M - 80.44 sq.m, L - 87.33 sq.m, and XL - 121 sq.m. All houses are designed with two bedrooms and have a spacious open terrace, private land, and parking space.

During construction, modern high-quality materials that meet environmental safety criteria are used. The external walls are built with gas blocks, facades are insulated with mineral wool, providing reliable thermal and sound insulation. Individual heating allows maintaining a comfortable temperature at any time of the year. The cottages are fully ready for living, with modern designer renovation, furniture, dishes, and household appliances. For the safety of residents, the territory of the "GORA" cottage town will be closed with a concept of "from cars and outsiders".

Infrastructure

The "GORA" cottage town is part of the "Forest complex GORA" recreation complex, which provides its own infrastructure for a comfortable stay: a restaurant, BBQ area, health-improving SPA, heated pool, summer cinema, cozy library. The landscaped park with an area of 2 hectares, children's and sports playgrounds, bike paths will allow you to spend time actively without leaving the complex.

"GORA" is located 110 km from Lviv in the village of Tukhlya, Stryi district. It is about a 10-minute drive to the "Tukhlya" railway station and 19 minutes to the "Slavske" station. Within a radius of 15-25 minutes by car, all necessary objects of household infrastructure are located: supermarkets "Rukavychka" and "ATB", a market, branches of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta", gas stations.

For skiing enthusiasts, the Slavske mountain ski resort is 15 minutes away, and the Plai ski resort is 20 minutes away by car.

Around the "GORA" cottage town, there are many natural landmarks. Among them, Mount Zachar Berkut is a 9-minute drive, Mount Makivka and the "Skole Beskids" National Nature Park are 15 minutes away by car, the Kamianka waterfall and the Tustan Reserve are 33 and 40 minutes away by car, respectively.
