LAGOM is a modern and comfortable cottage town located in the nearest suburb of Lviv, in the village of Sokilnyky. The project includes villas, duplexes, and townhouses, which are arranged in several lines on a total area of ​​12 hectares. LAGOM will appeal to those who seek a peaceful rural life in an environmentally friendly area, next to friendly neighbors, and at the same time want to continue enjoying all the amenities of urban comfort. Living in a house near a lake is not only a luxurious view and a unique atmosphere of tranquility, but also an endless opportunity to enjoy nature every day. Pleasant walks along the shore will become an integral part of daily life, adding bright emotions and impressions.

The town maintains a balance between community and privacy, ensuring the safety of residents. In the project, each household has its own landscaped plot of land (lawn, eco-parking for two cars with paving grids), separated from neighbors by a fence. The common territory is closed to outsiders, access to it is organized through automatic gates, and entry is through an intercom. In addition, the common internal space is under round-the-clock video surveillance and security. On the common territory of the town there are a children's playground and a public community space with a barbecue area, as well as parking spaces for residents' guests.

LAGOM is designed in a Scandinavian style: the exterior of the buildings attracts with their conciseness, and inside, with thoughtful planning and energy efficiency. The houses are built of ceramic blocks and additionally insulated. The roofs are gable, with folded metal roofing. Decorative clinker tile inserts are used in the finish, imitating brickwork. High "under the roof" windows not only support the chosen style of buildings, but also provide high levels of insulation. In the town, you can choose a housing unit from six layout options: ranging in size from 125 to 220 sq.m, on 2 or 3 floors, and with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms.

The comfort of residents is ensured by a management company that will take care of all the hassle of servicing the houses.

Infrastructure

The cottage town is located on Hrushevskoho Street in the village of Sokilnyky, within the Lviv bypass road. Therefore, it is quite easy for residents of LAGOM to reach the city - a trip to Rynok Square by car will take about 25 minutes. The town has two exits to the bypass road, two exits to Stryiska Street, and an exit to Kulparkivska Street, so drivers will be able to choose the most convenient route to reach the desired area of the city. For those who use public transport, there is a bus stop for route number 1004 located 400 meters from the town. Also, on Stryiska Street, 1.5 km away (20 minutes on foot) from LAGOM, more than 25 public transport routes stop, heading to various parts of the city and suburbs.

LAGOM is located in the central part of Sokilnyky, making it convenient to reach any local infrastructure facilities. A grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, where you can buy everyday goods. The local comprehensive school is also a 10-minute walk away. The distance to the primary school is slightly shorter, and it can be reached in 5-7 minutes. Kindergartens (private in Sokilnyky, municipal and private in Lviv) can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. The same amount of time is needed to reach Lviv municipal clinics No. 2 or 4 and the nearest private medical facilities.

Various shopping and entertainment centers and large stores are located near LAGOM. The King Cross Leopolis shopping mall and the Epicenter hypermarket are just 2 km away (5 minutes by car), while the Victoria Gardens shopping center is about 5 km away (10-12 minutes by car). At a similar distance, you can find any infrastructure facilities: pharmacies, bank branches, beauty salons, and more.

There are 3 natural lakes around the cottage town, which can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. For those who prefer artificial reservoirs, the proximity to the large Beach water park will be appealing - it can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes.

  • houses are built with ceramic bricks, wall thickness - 380 mm, with additional sound insulation between cottages. Insulation - "BAUMIT" facade insulation system (expanded polystyrene or mineral wool as chosen);
  • foundations - reinforced concrete monolithic slab 30 cm thick and 80 cm wide plus a 40 cm thick reinforced concrete strip. Ceilings - reinforced concrete monolithic slabs.

  • energy-efficient premium class REHAU Synego+ windows 80 mm thick, double-chamber energy-efficient glazing with multifunctional glass and energy-saving filling, German WinkHaus window fittings;
  • centralized water supply and sanitation, 12 kW of electricity for each household (can be increased upon request), gas supply;
  • developer carries out rough finishing: floor screed, plastering of load-bearing walls, connects communications to the house.
  • external finishing of each plot as in the visualization: fence, paving of parking spaces and paths, lawn with landscaping.
