Cottage town "Slopes" is a modern, ecological, and ergonomic format of suburban living. The project includes the construction of eighteen BarnHouses ranging from 55 m2 to 110 m2 for living, recreation, work, or investment. Since the cottages are surrounded by hills and forests, you get a feeling as if you are in the "little Carpathians."

"Slopes" are located in the nearest suburb of Lviv - only 14 km to the city center. It offers quick access to infrastructure while providing the tranquility of suburban life according to the concept of slow living.

Infrastructure

The cottage town is located in the village of Bіrki, just a 15-minute drive from Lviv. Nearby are the nature reserves of Roztochia and the area of Koroleva Hora with magnificent 400-year-old forests that are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Thanks to the special status of the surrounding nature, you can be sure that the landscapes nearby will not change over time.

Next to the cottage town, there will be a complex with its own infrastructure, including a center for children's education and development, a fitness center with panoramic views, a spa center with rejuvenating and wellness programs, a grill restaurant, a pub with a mini-brewery, a shop, a cafe, a bakery, and a medical office.

Within a 15-minute radius by car from the cottages, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, a branch of "Nova Poshta," cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

For children in the village, there is the Bіrki NVK (general education school I-III levels and kindergarten). Among the medical institutions, there is an ophthalmologic clinic and the 7th Lviv Cardiology Hospital.
