Cottage village "Slopes" is a modern, ecological and ergonomic format of suburban living. The project provides for the construction of eighteen BarnHouses ranging from 55 m2 to 110 m2 for living, relaxation, work or investment. As the cottages are surrounded by hills and forest, you get a feeling as if you are in "little Carpathians."

"Slopes" is located in the closest suburb of Lviv - only 14 km to the city center. It offers quick access to infrastructure while providing the tranquility of suburban living according to the slow living concept.

Infrastructure

The cottage village is located in the village of Birkiv, just a 15-minute drive from Lviv. Near the residential quarter, there are preserved areas of Roztochia and the reserve of Korolova Hora with magnificent 400-year-old forests, which are listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Thanks to the special status of the surrounding nature, you can be sure that the landscapes nearby will not change over time.

Next to the cottage village, there will be a complex with its infrastructure, including a center for children's education and development, a fitness center with panoramic views, a SPA center with rejuvenating and health programs, a grill restaurant, a pub with a mini brewery, a shop, a cafe, a bakery, and a medical office.

Within a 15-minute radius by car from the cottages, there are grocery stores, supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, a branch of "Nova Poshta" (postal service), cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

In the village, there is the Birkiv NVK (secondary school and kindergarten). Medical facilities include an ophthalmological clinic and the 7th Lviv Cardiology Hospital.
