"Skhily" cottage village is a modern, ecological, and ergonomic format of suburban living. The project includes the construction of eighteen BarnHouses ranging from 55 m2 to 110 m2 for living, recreation, work, or investment. Surrounded by hills and forests, the cottages give a feeling as if you are in the "Little Carpathians."

"Skhily" is located in the nearest suburb of Lviv - just 14 km from the city center. It offers quick access to infrastructure while providing the tranquility of suburban life based on the concept of slow living.

Infrastructure

The cottage village is located in the village of Birkiv, a 15-minute drive from Lviv. Nearby residential areas include the reserve zones of Roztochia and the Koroleva Hora tract with magnificent 400-year-old forests listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Thanks to the special status of the surrounding nature, you can be sure that the landscapes nearby will not change over time.

Next to the cottage village, there will be a complex with its own infrastructure, including a children's education and development center, a fitness center with panoramic views, a SPA center with rejuvenating and health programs, a grill restaurant, a pub with a mini-brewery, a shop, a cafe, a bakery, and a medical office.

Within a 15-minute radius by car from the cottages, there are grocery stores, supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, a "Nova Poshta" branch, cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

In the village, there is the Birkivs'kyi NVK (a general education school and kindergarten). Medical facilities include an ophthalmology clinic and the 7th Lviv Cardiological Hospital.
