"Skhily" cottage village is a modern, ecological, and ergonomic format of suburban living. The project involves the construction of eighteen BarnHouses ranging from 55 m2 to 110 m2 for living, leisure, work, or investment. As the cottages are surrounded by hills and forests, you get a feeling as if you are in "little Carpathians."

"Skhily" is located in the nearest suburb of Lviv - only 14 km from the city center. It offers fast access to infrastructure while providing the tranquility of suburban living according to the concept of slow living.

Infrastructure

The cottage village is located in the village of Birkiv, just a 15-minute drive from Lviv. Near the residential quarter are the preserved areas of Roztochia and the site of Koroleva Hora with majestic 400-year-old forests listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Thanks to the special status of the surrounding nature, you can be sure that the landscapes nearby will not change over time.

Next to the cottage village, there will be a complex with its own infrastructure, including a center for children's education and development, a fitness center with panoramic views, a SPA center with rejuvenating and wellness programs, a grill restaurant, a pub with a mini-brewery, a shop, a cafe, a bakery, and a medical office.

Within a 15-minute radius by car from the cottages, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, "Nova Poshta" branch, cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

Birkiv NVC (primary and secondary school and kindergarten) operates in the village for children. Medical facilities include an ophthalmology clinic and the 7th Lviv Cardiology Hospital.
