Description

The residential complex "MHouse" is another project of the company "Intergal-Bud", which is being implemented in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. It consists of three comfort-class buildings with 7 floors each, featuring a sophisticated design in white-brown colors. The architecture of "MHouse" corresponds to modern trends and harmoniously fits into the urban environment of Lviv.

Modern technologies, innovative architectural solutions, and high-quality building materials are used for the construction of the residential complex. The buildings are constructed using monolithic-frame technology, ensuring high stability. The walls made of ceramic blocks are insulated with polystyrene foam. Future residents are offered apartments with open floor plans, allowing them to arrange the living space according to their own needs. Each apartment has an individual heating system, ensuring a comfortable microclimate inside the premises regardless of the weather.

The residential complex "MHouse" is located at 17 Mykolaichuka Street in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. New residential complexes are actively growing in the area, contributing to the development of infrastructure. It takes about 16 minutes by car to reach the city center, and 23 minutes to the railway station. Within a 15-minute walk, there are bus and minibus stops heading to various microdistricts of Lviv.

It is possible to purchase groceries within walking distance from home at the "Blyzenko" supermarket, which is a 13-minute walk away, and within a 10-minute drive radius, there are supermarkets such as "Rukavychka", "ATB-Market", "Silpo", and several other trading points. Another "Silpo" supermarket is located in the sports, shopping, and entertainment center "Spartak", which is a 7-minute drive away.
