Description

NOVO "RESIDENCE" is a modern residential complex being built in the Zaliznychnyi district of Lviv. The eighteen-story business-class building stands out for its original architectural design. Asymmetrical forms, light decoration color, corner terraces, panoramic glazing create the building's unique style. The exterior, lobby design, and floors of the residential complex "NOVO "RESIDENCE" embody modern solutions in construction using high-quality materials and technologies. The construction is carried out using monolithic-frame technology. Thanks to brick walls, mineral wool insulation, and quality panoramic windows, the building has excellent thermal and sound insulation. Each apartment has individual heating installed. This technology allows residents to maximize savings on heating costs and not be distracted by neighbors' noise. The partitions in the apartments are made of ceramic blocks, which absorb sounds from the neighboring room better, so each resident will feel comfortable.

Several municipal kindergartens are located near the building: kindergarten No. 86 is a 5-minute walk, about 4-5 minutes by car to kindergartens No. 3, No. 18, No. 131, and No. 129. You can drive 5 minutes to the private kindergarten "Levland." It takes about an 8-minute walk to reach the "Odin, dva, try" primary school. 5-8 minutes by car are the general education schools No. 40, No. 60, No. 77, and Lyceum No. 51.

Within 1 km of the building, there is a cardiology treatment center, as well as within walking distance a family medicine clinic, city dentistry, and a 6-minute drive to the adult polyclinic No. 5 and private medical centers "Medicaver" and "Deltamed."

Within a radius of 1 km, there are several green areas: parks and squares. One of them is the "Pischni ozera" park with playgrounds, water bodies, and picnic areas.

Among the fitness clubs in the area, "Premium," "Spartak," "Fitcurves," "Premium Gym" can be highlighted, all located within a 2-5 minute drive. It takes 7 minutes by car to reach the Sport Life Lviv Heroiv UPA sports complex.
