Auroom Lounge Residential Complex is a project of conceptual low-rise business-class housing, organically integrated into the surrounding natural landscape. The location of the complex provides a balance between proximity to nature and the demands of modern city life. The complex consists of five 4-5-7 storey sections and has a closed territory.

The entire ground floor of the building is designated for commercial spaces with separate entrances, where shops and various services will be located. Within a 7-minute drive from the Residential Complex, you can reach the Forum Lviv Shopping Center with dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants, a children's entertainment center, the Silpo supermarket, and the Planeta Kino cinema. For groceries, you can walk a few minutes to Produktova Khata and Family Food, or drive 5 minutes to the Arsenal, Rukavychka, and ATB supermarkets.
