LCD AUROOM LVIVING LCD In Levov

The residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is a multifunctional residential building from the construction company "AUROOM", which is being implemented in the central part of the city of Lviv, near the church of St. Josaphat and the park "700th anniversary of Lviv". The project of the residential complex was developed by the architects of the "Belyaev Design Studio", whose work has repeatedly won at all-Ukrainian and international architectural competitions.

The residential single-section club-format complex will have 7 floors. The first two floors of the building will accommodate commercial premises - shops, offices, and other various establishments. The club building format implies a small number of residents, so in "AUROOM Lviving" there will be only 28 apartments designed for family living. Most of the apartments are two-room - with two bedrooms and a studio kitchen, which can serve as a living room. Five apartments are three-room, with three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and two separate bathrooms. The apartments have different sizes, depending on the size of the living room. Many apartments are designed with master bedrooms with a direct entrance only from this bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a separate bathroom.

The interaction with the historical environment is reflected through materials, facade modularity, and window proportions. The windows in the apartments are not completely panoramic, they start from a height of 40-45 cm from the floor, which is determined by the historical area. Most balconies have full glazing, and from open terraces, you can enjoy views of Lviv. Under the building, there is an underground parking lot for 36 parking spaces, from which you can take an elevator to the desired floor.

In the courtyard, there is a designed entrance to the residential area, as well as places for storing bicycles and strollers. Tall trees will be planted here, which will create shade in hot weather and significantly improve the comfort of the residents. Among the trees, lounge areas for relaxation will be arranged. In the back of the courtyard, a functional children's playground will be arranged.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is located at 133 Zamarstynivska Street, near the church of St. Josaphat and the park "700th anniversary of Lviv". A car ride to the city center will take about 8 minutes, to the railway station and the "Dvirtsevy" bus station - 15 minutes. Within walking distance from the building, there is a tram stop №9 on Torf'iana Street, and a 4-minute walk on Lypyns'koho Street there is a bus stop for buses №1A, №9, №53, as well as minibusses №25, №34, №39, №60 №114, №121, №165, №167, №180A, №183, №184, №273, №277, №390.

Near the building, you can buy groceries at "ATB-Market" and "Aurora" supermarkets, "Baker shop" bakery is a 1-minute walk away, as well as "Rukavychka" and "Sviy market" supermarkets are a 4-minute walk away. It is about an 11-minute walk to the "Ashan" hypermarket. By car, it takes 6 minutes to reach the Krakivsky market with farm produce, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

A walk to the nearest shopping center "Intercity" will take 12 minutes. The four lower floors of the complex house shops of various profiles, the 5th and 6th floors are for business, and the entire 7th floor is for dining and entertainment. Within a 3-minute drive from the residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is the sports and entertainment center "Spartak", where, in addition to the "Silpo" supermarket, there are shops of various orientations, a 7-screen "Multiplex" cinema, a children's play area, a food court, and "Sportlife" with an Olympic-sized swimming pool.

For the youngest residents, there is a private English-speaking kindergarten "Anglo Land" near the building. By car, you can reach the private kindergarten "Kazka" and the positive upbringing studio "BomBon" in 3 minutes. A little further, in 4-5 minutes by car, kindergartens №31, №167, №57, and nurseries are operating. The nearest school №78 is across the street from the building, schools №54 and №81 are a 4-minute drive away, schools №20 and №43 are 5 minutes away. Also, a 4-minute drive from the complex is the Children's Music School №3.

If necessary, medical assistance can be sought at the family medicine clinic 5 minutes away by car or at private medical centers at the same distance.
