LCD AUROOM LVIVING Residential Complex In Levov

The residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is a multifunctional residential building from the construction company "AUROOM", which is being implemented in the central part of Lviv, near the Church of St. Josaphat and the "700th anniversary of Lviv" park. The project of the residential complex was developed by the architects of the "Belyaev Design Workshop", whose work has repeatedly won at all-Ukrainian and international architectural competitions.

The residential single-section club-format complex will consist of 7 floors. Commercial premises - shops, offices, and other various establishments - will be arranged on the first two floors of the building. The club building format involves a small number of residents, so there will be only 28 apartments in "AUROOM Lviving", designed for family living. Most apartments are two-bedroom - with two bedrooms and a studio kitchen that can serve as a living room. Five apartments are three-bedroom, with three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and two separate bathrooms. The apartments have different sizes, depending on the size of the living room. Many apartments are designed with master bedrooms with a direct entrance from the bedroom to a wardrobe and a separate bathroom.

Interaction with the historic environment is expressed through materials, facade modularity, and window proportions. The windows in the apartments are not fully panoramic, they start from a height of 40-45 cm from the floor, which is dictated by the historical area. Most balconies have full glazing, and from the open terraces, you can enjoy views of Lviv. There is an underground parking for 36 cars under the building, from which you can take an elevator to the desired floor.

In the courtyard, there is an entrance to the residential area, as well as places to store bicycles and strollers. Tall trees will be planted here, which will provide shade in hot weather and significantly improve the comfort of the residents. Among the trees, lounge areas for relaxation will be arranged. In the back of the courtyard, there will be a functional children's playground.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is located at 133 Zamarstynivska Street, near the Church of St. Josaphat and the "700th anniversary of Lviv" park. It will take about 8 minutes by car to get to the city center, and 15 minutes to the railway station and the "Dvirtsevy" bus station. There is a tram stop No. 9 on Torfyana Street within walking distance from the building, and a 4-minute walk away on Lipynskoho Street, there are bus stops for buses No. 1A, No. 9, No. 53, as well as minibusses No. 25, 34, 39, 60, 114, 121, 165, 167, 180A, 183, 184, 273, 277, 390.

You can buy groceries near the building at the "ATB-Market" and "Aurora" supermarkets, as well as at the "Baker shop" bakery within a 1-minute walk, and at the "Rukavychka" and "Sviy market" supermarkets within a 4-minute walk. It is about an 11-minute walk to the "Ashan" hypermarket. It will take 6 minutes by car to get to the Krakivsky market with farm products, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

It will take a 12-minute walk on foot to get to the nearest shopping center "Intercity". The four lower floors of the complex house shops of various profiles, the 5th and 6th floors are office space, and the entire 7th floor is a dining and entertainment area. Just a 3-minute drive away from the "AUROOM Lviving" residential complex is the "Spartak" sports and entertainment center, where, in addition to the "Silpo" supermarket, there are shops of various orientations, a 7-hall cinema "Multiplex", a children's play area, a food court, and "Sportlife" with an Olympic standard pool.

For the youngest residents, there is a private English-speaking kindergarten "Anglo Land" near the building. It is a 3-minute drive to the private kindergarten "Kazka" and the positive education studio "BomBon". A little further, 4-5 minutes by car, there are nursery school No. 31 and kindergartens No. 171, 167, and 57. The nearest school No. 78 is across the street from the building, 4 minutes by car to schools No. 54 and 81, and 5 minutes to schools No. 20 and 43. Also, 4 minutes by car from the complex is the Children's Music School No. 3.
