Residential complex "Beethoven" is a comfort-class project being built by the developer "Creator-Bud" in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. It involves the construction of four buildings ranging from 14 to 16 floors with on-site infrastructure.
The residential complex is designed according to the concept of a "courtyard without cars" with a closed area, round-the-clock security, and video surveillance. The buildings, the ground floors of which are allocated for commercial facilities such as cafes, shops, and services, will have children's and sports playgrounds, landscaped pedestrian alleys, recreational areas, and running tracks. An underground parking lot for 81 cars for residents and their guests, as well as guest surface parking spaces located outside the courtyard, are provided.
The apartments in "Beethoven" will have panoramic windows, providing picturesque views of the city center and the High Castle, allowing more sunlight to enter the building. For the preservation of the facade's appearance, each apartment is equipped with brackets for air conditioners.
Infrastructure
The "Beethoven" residential complex is located between Lypynskoho, Horodnytska, and Beethoven streets, just a 10-minute drive to the city center. Within a few minutes' walk from the building, there is a public transport stop where buses No. 9, No. 53, No. 114, No. 156, No. 165, No. 167, No. 180A, No. 183, No. 184, No. 277, tram No. 6, and shuttle taxis No. 25, No. 28, No. 34 pass.
The 700th Anniversary Park of Lviv and the High Castle are a 5-minute drive away. Due to its proximity to the center, you can enjoy walks without spending much time on the road. Just 350 meters from the residential complex is the "Progress" stadium for morning runs and team games. Nearby are sports halls such as "Pilates Plus," LOFT Studio, and Revat.
