Description

The residential complex "Beethoven" is a comfort-class project being built by the developer "Creator-Bud" in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. It involves the construction of four buildings ranging from 14 to 16 floors with on-site infrastructure.

The residential complex is being created according to the concept of a "car-free courtyard" with a closed territory, round-the-clock security, and video surveillance. The buildings, the ground floors of which are allocated for commercial facilities - cafes, shops, and services - will have playgrounds for children and sports, landscaped pedestrian walkways, relaxation areas, and jogging tracks. For residents' cars and their guests, there is an underground parking for 81 parking spaces and guest surface parking spaces located outside the courtyard.

The residential complex "Beethoven" is located between Lipynskoho, Horodnytska, and Beethoven streets - a 10-minute drive to the city center. Within a few minutes' walk from the building, there is a public transport stop where buses No. 9, No. 53, No. 114, No. 156, No. 165, No. 167, No. 180A, No. 183, No. 184, No. 277, tram No. 6, and shuttle taxis No. 25, No. 28, No. 34 pass.

A 5-minute drive will take you to the 700th Anniversary Park of Lviv and the High Castle. Due to its proximity to the center, you can enjoy walks without spending much time on the road.
