Description

Residential complex "Beethoven" is a comfort-class project being built by the developer "Creator-Bud" in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. It involves the construction of four buildings ranging from 14 to 16 floors with on-site infrastructure.

The residential complex is designed according to the concept of a "car-free courtyard" with a closed territory, round-the-clock security, and video surveillance. The buildings, whose first floors are allocated for commercial facilities such as cafes, shops, and services, will have children's and sports playgrounds, green pedestrian alleys, relaxation areas, and jogging tracks. An underground parking lot for 81 cars for residents and their guests, as well as guest surface parking spaces located outside the courtyard, are provided.

The apartments in "Beethoven" will have panoramic windows, offering a picturesque view of the city center and the High Castle, allowing more natural light to enter the building. Each apartment is equipped with brackets for air conditioners to preserve the external facade appearance.

Residential complex "Beethoven" is located between Lypynskoho, Horodnytska, and Beethoven streets, just a 10-minute drive to the city center. Within a few minutes walk from the building, there is a public transport stop where buses No. 9, No. 53, No. 114, No. 156, No. 165, No. 167, No. 180A, No. 183, No. 184, No. 277, tram No. 6, and shuttle taxis No. 25, No. 28, No. 34 pass by.

The 700th Anniversary Park of Lviv and the High Castle are a 5-minute drive away. Due to its proximity to the center, residents can enjoy walks without spending much time on the road. The "Progress" stadium for morning runs and team games is located 350m from the residential complex. Nearby, there are sports halls such as "Pilates Plus," LOFT Studio, and Revat.
