The residential complex "Beethoven" is a comfort-class project being built by the developer "Creator-Bud" in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. It includes the construction of four buildings ranging from 14 to 16 floors with on-site infrastructure.
The residential complex is designed according to the concept of a "car-free courtyard" with a closed territory, round-the-clock security, and video surveillance. The buildings, whose first floors are designated for commercial facilities such as cafes, shops, and services, will have children's and sports playgrounds, landscaped pedestrian alleys, recreational areas, and jogging tracks. Within a few minutes' walk from the building, there is a public transport stop where buses №9, №53, №114, №156, №165, №167, №180A, №183, №184, №277, tram №6, and minivans №25, №28, №34 pass by.
The 700th Anniversary Park of Lviv and the High Castle are a 5-minute drive away. Due to its proximity to the center, residents can enjoy walks without spending much time on the road. The "Progress" stadium for morning runs and team games is located 350m from the residential complex. Nearby sports facilities include "Pilates Plus," LOFT Studio, and Revat.
