Description

The residential complex "CITI House" is another project of the company "Intergal-Bud", which is being implemented in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. Four business-class buildings consisting of a cascade of six sections on 6, 8, and 17 floors with unique architecture and sophisticated design in white-brown colors will not only harmoniously complement the architectural ensemble of Lypynskoho Street, but also become its decoration.

Modern technologies, innovative architectural solutions, and high-quality building materials are used for the construction of the residential complex. The buildings are constructed using monolithic-frame technology. The walls are made of ceramic bricks insulated with mineral wool. Future residents are offered 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, two-level apartments of increased comfort with ergonomic, carefully designed layouts that do not require structural intervention, with panoramic windows and installed individual heating systems.
