The residential complex CONTINENT ART is being built on the northern outskirts of Lviv, in the Shchurata (Znesinnia) microdistrict, which administratively belongs to the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city. The project is a modern 9-storey building located close to another new building. However, the CONTINENT ART residential complex stands out from its neighbor both externally and internally.

The architecture of the CONTINENT ART residential complex is in a modern style. The contrasting facade, combining graphite and milk colors, panoramic windows, a combination of fully glazed and open balconies with transparent railings, and a "belt" of terraces on the top floor - the new building is intended to become one of the local architectural dominants.

The nearest bus stop is located 450 m from the new building (5 minutes walk), where you can take bus No. 184-a and minibuses No. 17 and 9, which run to various parts of Lviv and the suburbs.

The microdistrict where the CONTINENT ART residential complex is located has a decent social and household infrastructure. Next to the new building, there are two stores: a small minimarket (230 m) and "Blyzhenko", where you can buy everyday products. For a big shopping and entertainment, you can head to the shopping mall "Spartak" (2.5 km, 7 minutes by car), which besides a large supermarket and boutiques, has a cinema, a food court, a children's play area, and "SportLife" training halls.

Near the new building, there is a kindergarten (650 m, 8 minutes walk), secondary school No. 97 (750 m, 10 minutes walk), and the "Spectr" children's development center (200 m, 3 minutes walk). A little further away (up to 1.7 km, 20 minutes walk) there are two more comprehensive schools: "Ecoland" and school No. 30. From the natural surroundings of the new building, it is worth noting the Zamarstynivskyi forest park (700 m, 9 minutes walk), which provides the entire microdistrict with fresh air. Under its trees, you can have picnics, relax with a book, take a walk with a child, or go for morning runs.
