Description

RC "SIMORE" is a modern residential complex in a quiet green area of the Frankivsk district of Lviv. The project is being implemented by "KREDO Development" company. The complex consists of a single 6-story premium-class building, created according to an original architectural design and designed for only 43 apartments. The complex is built according to the latest standards and technologies, using a monolithic structure to ensure maximum reliability and durability. The walls made of bricks and mineral wool insulation provide high thermal insulation and comfortable living in the building. Panoramic windows provide access for maximum natural light. According to a carefully developed project, each apartment will have an individual heating system.

In 12 minutes by car, you can reach the "Shuvar" market, where you can buy organic fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy products. 8 minutes by car will take you to the Victoria Gardens shopping center with a "Silpo" supermarket, service infrastructure, a boutique gallery, various shops, and a wide range of entertainment services. The Victoria Gardens shopping center also offers a wide range of entertainment services. The territory houses the "Multiplex" cinema, a bowling club, a children's entertainment area, and much more.

Within walking distance are the Vasyl Stus International Relations Lyceum, the Institute of Social Technologies, and the National Forestry University of Ukraine. Within a 15-minute walk, the "INVENTOR" STEM school operates.
