Description

The residential complex "Avalon Holiday One" is a project that is a logical continuation of the existing residential complex "Avalon Holiday" from the investment and development company "Avalon". The complex complements the whole area, which is located in a picturesque place - the village of Sokilnyky in the Lviv region. Two buildings with sections on 6-8 floors fully correspond to the comfort class in which the developer positions them.

The technologies used in the construction of the complex ensure maximum strength and durability of the buildings, and the materials meet modern standards of quality, energy efficiency, and environmental safety. The complex walls are built of ceramsite blocks, the facades are insulated with mineral wool, and the necessary strength is provided by monolithic reinforced concrete frames of the buildings. Energy-saving panoramic windows provide excellent natural light in the rooms, and individual heating in each apartment allows you to manually adjust the temperature and control energy resource costs.

For comfort and safety, the territory of the "Avalon Holiday One" residential complex will be closed to cars. Underground parking and guest parking are provided for them by the project.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Avalon Holiday One" is located on the border of the Frankivsk district of Lviv and the village of Sokilnyky at the address Heroyiv Maydanu Street. Nearby, new buildings are actively growing, so the infrastructure of the area is developing rapidly. It is about a 15-minute drive to the center of Lviv by car. Trolleybuses No. 22, No. 23, and No. 25, shuttle bus No. 25, as well as about 25 buses, including No. 3A, No. 40, No. 116, No. 775, etc., run along Stryiska Street. It will take 15 minutes to get to the International Airport, 5 minutes to the Stryi bus station, and about 20 minutes to the railway station.

You can walk to the "Blyzenko" supermarket in 2-3 minutes. The nearest "Pidzemny" market with farm products can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Residents of the city go to the "Shuvar" market for vegetables, fruits, meat, and dairy products - it is a 7-minute drive from the complex. Within a 6-minute drive, there is a large shopping center "King Cross Leopolis". Here you will find not only clothing stores, electronics, sports and children's goods, useful services, but also entertainment centers for children, a bowling club, a cinema, an ice rink, restaurants, and cafes. Also located here are the hypermarket "Ashan" and the "Epicenter" shopping center.

Just across the street from the "Avalon Holiday One" residential complex, there is a middle school No. 32 and kindergarten No. 70. A little further away are schools No. 86, No. 48, lyceum No. 45, and the "ThinkGlobal" school.

You can receive medical care at Children's Polyclinic No. 2 or the "Medicover" medical center, which is a 5-minute walk away. It will take about 7-10 minutes to drive to the dental clinic No. 4, the private pediatric clinic "Rainbow", the city clinic No. 4 for children and adults.

For sports activities, the badminton courts "Komanchero", the gym "Shulak GYM", the crossfit gym "VARVAR" and the fitness club "Formula krasu" are perfect, as well as schools of martial arts - the road will take no more than 7 minutes by car.

A 5-minute drive will take you to the modern Lviv "Museum of Science" - a place that changes the classic idea of science and proves that the process of knowledge can be fun, dynamic, and interesting for both children and adults. Within walking distance is the "Bodnarivka" park - a green corner with a pond, a playground, and a large lawn for walking dogs. The covered water park "PLYAZH" with extreme slides of various heights and levels of difficulty, five pools, a relaxation area, a jacuzzi, a fitness center, a children's room, and a cafe is a 6-minute drive away.
