LCD FEEL HOUSE Residential Complex In Levovskaya oblaste

Feel House is a residential complex in the format of a suburban club house in the village of Sokilnyky, bordering on the southwest outskirts of Lviv. The four-story building in Scandinavian style was built according to the author's project of the Belyaev Workshop, which has received four awards in various categories at the Ukrainian Urban Awards. It will be a great alternative to an apartment in the "concrete jungle" of the regional center. Here, the feeling of a real home begins in the halls, the design of which was developed by the architectural bureau Savytskyy Design. On the top floor, there are apartments with mansards, and on the lower floor, there are cafes and shops.

The concept of representative floors provides privacy and additional security. The inner courtyard with modern interactive children's playgrounds, green areas, and sports corners will be accessible only to residents. Near Feel House, there are two lakes with colorful nature and places for recreation.

Infrastructure

Not far from the Feel House residential complex, there is Striyska Street, which is also the E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway, which is 20 minutes by car to the historical city center and 10 minutes to the intersection with the Ring Road (E40 Lviv - Izvaryne). The central bus station of the city is a 7-minute drive from the complex. Lviv International Airport and the central railway station are 18 and 25 minutes by car, respectively. If public transport is needed, buses No. 23, trolleybuses No. 22 and No. 25, minibuses No. 25 and No. 57 run along Striyska Street to different parts of the city.

In the area of the new building, there are grocery supermarkets of all major retail chains: "ATB-Market" - 6 minutes, "Arsen" - 7 minutes, "Silpo" - 9 minutes. Farm agricultural products can always be bought at the "Shuvar" market, which is 10 minutes away by car from the house. At the same distance from the new building is the King Cross Leopolis shopping center, which, in addition to a gallery of shops, has a food hypermarket "Auchan," "Epicenter," the "Planeta Kino" cinema, an ice rink, a laser labyrinth, a fad zone, and other services. Also, for shopping and entertainment, you can drive 11 minutes to the Victoria Gardens shopping center with stores, restaurants, a fountain, a cinema, and a bowling club, and organize a celebration for children at the "Beach" water park.

If a kindergarten is needed, municipal kindergartens No. 70, No. 69 "Veselka," No. 155, No. 165, and preschool center No. 159 are within a 7-10 minute radius by car from the house. For older children, schools No. 32, No. 86, No. 48, "Oriana," Lyceum No. 45, and Lviv Polytechnic College are at the same distance from the new building. Also, in the area of the Feel House residential complex, there is Children's Art School No. 10 and the Olympic Reserve Children and Youth Sports School of Artistic Gymnastics.

The complex project includes its own sports hall. Several good places for training are also nearby: 10 minutes by car to the Shulak GYM sports hall and the "Kiva-fitness" fitness club or 15 minutes to the Sport Life fitness club. A 6-minute walk from the new building is the "Kar'iera" football club, and an 8-minute drive away is the "Arena-Lviv" football stadium, where international football matches under the auspices of UEFA and other major sports events take place.
