"Sady Riviera" residential area is part of the large-scale "Black Sea Riviera" project, which the "KUB" corporation is implementing in the Kotovskogo village, the most populous microdistrict in Odessa.
The complex of 13 low-rise buildings of 6-16 floors is designed in the "quarter development" type, which includes closed courtyards without cars with children's and sports playgrounds, green relaxation areas, and its own park.
