Description

"Sady Riviera" residential area is part of the large-scale "Black Sea Riviera" project, which the "CUB" corporation is implementing in the Kotovsky settlement, the most populous microdistrict in Odessa.

The complex of 13 low-rise buildings 6-16 floors high is designed in the "quarter development" type, which includes enclosed courtyards without cars with children's and sports playgrounds, green relaxation areas, and its own park. The building projects offer a wide range of layouts from smart apartments to sea-view apartments with terraces, where you can enjoy fresh air and a view of the sea while sitting.

Infrastructure

"Sady Riviera" residential area is created with the concept of maximum comfort for residents. The complex project includes children's and adult sports playgrounds, a kindergarten, its own park with numerous trees and relaxation areas. The ground floors of the buildings feature commercial areas where grocery stores, pharmacies, "Nova Poshta" branch, notary office, children's development centers, and other services will be located. The nearest preschools in the Kotovsky settlement are within a 6-8 minute radius by car. These include kindergartens No. 268 and No. 121, nursery-kindergartens No. 43, No. 73, No. 5, No. 295, and Comprehensive School No. 292. Parents of schoolchildren can choose between schools No. 73 and No. 24 or Gymnasium No. 7 within a 6-7 minute drive, or within an 8-10 minute drive, there are schools No. 13, No. 12, No. 48, No. 44, No. 24, and No. 14.
