"Akvarel 10" LCD is a new project from the same-named company. It is a low-rise residential quarter development of 5-9 floors with the concept of a "city within a city" located on 16 hectares with closed and safe residential blocks.
For the safety of residents, closed blocks are designed - there is no access for cars and outsiders. A separate zone will be allocated for cars around the perimeter of the block. There will also be round-the-clock security and video surveillance. Commercial premises can only be accessed from the outside of the building, which means there will be no "extra" people on the territory.
The main highlight of "Akvarel 10" will be the central pedestrian alley with green plantings and landscape design that runs along the entire district. Also planned on the territory are recreational areas, playgrounds for children of various ages, workout zones, a bike path, and a stadium.

The internal infrastructure of the LCD is completely autonomous, which means that all necessary facilities will be within walking distance. These include various shops, restaurants, medical institutions, a fitness club, and even a school with a kindergarten.
Within a 20-minute walk from the building, municipal schools №15, №24, №17, №22, №73, and №92 are operating. Children's kindergartens at the same distance include №232, №268, №307, №287 "Zhuravushka", №2, and №5.
In case of medical assistance being needed, regional hospitals for adults and children, a maternity hospital, and Primary Health Care Center №5 are located a 10-minute drive away. Also nearby is Children's Polyclinic №2 - just a few minutes' walk.
