LCD BOSTON Creative House In Kiiv

BOSTON Creative House is a residential complex with its own infrastructure in the heart of Petrivka. The project authors were inspired by the American city of Boston and transferred the Boston atmosphere of technology and innovation into the project concept.

The technological aspect of the project is reflected in the dynamic facades and internal equipment of the complex: from construction technology to smart home systems in the apartments. To embody the concept of "everything you need - right in the building," the project authors have designed 5 floors of commercial space for useful services for the complex residents.

The on-site territory of BOSTON Creative House is a courtyard with landscape design that transitions into a park near the building with play areas for children of different ages, places for relaxation, and sports grounds.

Infrastructure

The developer has planned the development of infrastructure for future residents at the project stage: the first 5 floors will house 22,000 m² of commercial space. Offices, coworking spaces, a conference hall, and creative studios will be open for work. For leisure and relaxation, cafes, restaurants, shops, and beauty salons will be opened. Residents can take a stroll in the landscaped courtyard that transitions into a park with a picnic area.

In the vicinity of BOSTON Creative House and in the immediate vicinity, the infrastructure is well-developed. Within walking distance are TC "Makros," Gorodok Gallery Shopping Center, Plaza Sport Outlet Shopping Center, with dozens of shops ranging from hookah and tobacco sales points to narrow-profile wholesale product outlets. In 15 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car, you can reach "Blockbuster Mall," which features a cinema, entertainment center, dozens of shops, and services. There is also a developed automotive market - a few minutes' drive away are car parts stores, car services, official service centers, car washes, and showrooms for the sale of new and used cars. If something is needed for the home or renovation, it's an 8-minute drive to Epicentr.
