Description

Obolon Plaza is a closed multifunctional residential complex, the space of which is divided into two parts: residential and commercial.

The residential part of the complex starts from the fifth floor - on 10 residential floors there are 71 studio apartments, and on the top floors there are two-level penthouses with panoramic windows and private rooftop lounges.

From the fifth floor, you can also access the open terrace of the complex, where a children's playground and recreation areas are arranged along with landscaping, and on the fifth floor there will be a gym with modern equipment and a children's room. The internal infrastructure of the complex is intended only for residents.

The commercial part of Obolon Plaza is the first 4 floors of the complex. Shops, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, offices, and other useful services for residents will open on commercial sites.

Infrastructure

The special feature of the location of Obolon Plaza is a minute's walk to the Obolon metro station. Near the complex, there are shops, supermarkets, service centers, and bank branches.

Across the road from the complex is the Metropolis shopping center with dozens of shops and the ECO Market supermarket, and a 10-minute walk away is Dream Town. Also located near the building is Velika Kyshenya, and a 10-minute walk will take you to Silpo.

You can easily reach the complex not only by metro or car, but also by other public transport, as there is a transport interchange of Obolonsky Avenue and Heroes of Azov Regiment Street (Marshal Malinovsky).

Choosing a preschool is not a problem, as within a radius of 20 minutes on foot there are about 10 kindergartens and preschool educational institutions. In a couple of minutes, students can reach School No. 219, in 12 minutes to Schools No. 225 and 210, in 15 minutes to Schools No. 233, 211, and 214.

Across the road from the fitness clubs are SportLand and the women's CrossFit BANDA, a little further are GYM4U and Aventurine Fitness Club. You can go for a run on the promenade, which is a 20-minute walk from the complex, or ride a bike along the Dnipro River and lakes. There is also a professional golf club located on the promenade.
