Obolon Plaza is a closed multifunctional residential complex, the space of which is divided into two parts: residential and commercial.
The residential part of the complex starts from the fifth floor - on 10 residential floors, there are 71 studio apartments, and on the top floors there are two-level penthouses with panoramic windows and private lounge terraces on the roof.
