Description

Obolon Plaza is a closed multifunctional residential complex, the space of which is divided into two parts: residential and commercial.

The residential part of the complex starts from the fifth floor - on 10 residential floors there are 71 studio apartments, and on the top floors there are two-level penthouses with panoramic windows and private rooftop lounge terraces.

Also from the fifth floor, you can go out to the open terrace of the complex, where along with landscape design there is a children's playground and recreation areas, and on the fifth floor there will be a gym with modern equipment and a children's room. The internal infrastructure of the complex is intended only for residents.

The commercial part of Obolon Plaza is the first 4 floors of the complex. Shops, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, offices, and other useful services for residents will open on commercial sites.

Infrastructure

The special feature of Obolon Plaza's location is a minute walk to Obolon metro station. Near the complex, there are shops, supermarkets, service centers, and bank branches.
