Description

Obolon Plaza is a closed multifunctional residential complex, the space of which is divided into two parts: residential and commercial.

The residential part of the complex starts from the fifth floor - on 10 residential floors there are 71 studio apartments, and on the upper floors there are two-level penthouses with panoramic windows and private lounge terraces on the roof.

Also from the fifth floor, you can go out to the open terrace of the complex, where, along with landscape design, there is a children's playground and recreation areas, as well as on the fifth floor, there will be a gym with modern equipment and a children's room. The internal infrastructure of the complex is intended only for residents.

The commercial part of Obolon Plaza consists of the first 4 floors of the complex. On the commercial sites, shops, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, offices, and other useful services for residents will be opened.

Infrastructure
