About the project

Barkey is a modern 4-story premium club house with comfortable apartments and innovative engineering equipment. The building is equipped with geothermal pumps that use thermal energy from the air, ground, and groundwater for heating and hot water supply. This not only improves the quality of life in the complex but also significantly reduces the residents' utility costs.

The complex area is closed to outsiders and equipped with a video surveillance system. The courtyard is decorated with landscape design and features a modern children's playground. For residents' cars, there is a guest parking and underground parking that can accommodate all residents' vehicles. The first floor houses office spaces that can be used for running your own business.

In the club house "Barkey," you can choose from spacious 1- or 2-bedroom apartments ranging from 42 to 96 sq.m. All layouts are well-thought-out and comfortable, with balconies or loggias, convenient rooms, and spacious kitchens. If necessary, residents can make changes to suit their needs.

You can buy groceries near the building at ATB-Market and LotOk supermarkets, which are within a 5-minute walk. Within a 15-minute radius, there are more shops and the Solomianskyi market, where you can buy farm products and household goods. For a larger shopping experience and entertainment, you can visit the Ultramarin shopping mall and Ocean Plaza shopping mall, which feature various stores, restaurants, cinemas, and more.

Families with children have several kindergartens and schools within walking distance from the Barkey club house. It will take about 10 minutes to reach kindergartens No. 478, No. 4/353, and the private kindergarten "Soniashnyky." Within 5 minutes, you can get to the private school "Afyny" and school No. 43 "Hraal," and within 10 minutes is Lyceum No. 144. There are also extracurricular education institutions nearby: Children's Music School No. 15 and Art School No. 1.
